新開的民宿，位置很不錯，門口其實就是牌坊街、開元寺、廣濟橋，鬧中取靜，出行非常方便。附近有停車場，停車場走過去民宿大概5分鐘。 民宿格局也很好，乾淨衞生（我是敏感皮膚，平時出門都是自帶睡袋，衹要有點不乾淨我都會皮膚癢，這裏很乾凈，睡袋用不上）但是房間不多（大概6間房間，樓上2間，樓下4間），一樓房間公共位置有個茶桌，供大家隨意喝茶。 老闆非常熱情大方，性格也很温和。我們到了去停車場接我們，幫我們拿行李，我們看到更合適的房間有人幫我們重新安排了房間，泡茶給我們喝，請我們品嚐了潮州老三寶，最後還送了我爺爺一個禮物。 這次出行，我們一共是8人，含2位80+的長者家出行，一位需要坐輪椅，所以選了一樓的房間，房間寬敞舒適，對於行動不方便的長者家很友好。 商家很熱情，很好心。長者家看中了房間的小玩意，問我能不能在牌坊街買一個給他，我説可以，但是跑了牌坊街好幾條街都沒有看到，因為中午就要離開了潮州坐飛機回去了，時間不夠，就去問店家在哪裡買的，方不方便告訴我個地址或者連結，最後店家直接送給我爺爺（店家太好人了，不捨得讓他虧本，馬上在網上買了一個寄到他民宿）。 晚上逛牌坊街，吃完飯看廣濟橋的燈光秀，吹吹風，走回民宿就7-8分鐘，很方便。
