1、設施房間床都很大，也比較舒適。衞生用品配置比較到位； 2、民宿周邊沒好一點早餐店，唯一一家早餐店口味不好，後來還是通過外賣點來的早餐好吃； 3、民宿老闆娘很熱情幫忙拿行李，早餐還提供煎蛋、牛奶、咖啡，因為我想吃温州特色早餐故自行點購。 4、另外洞穴房的上下鋪，有1.5米，很大。但一層的插座不好用，上層可能很少有人睡，床品沒有經常換。 5、離高校7-10分鐘車程比較方便，導航給我的路線，正好在修市政工程，路上灰很大，人又少，女司機有點怕。
