The hotel room was appropriate for my short stay of 2 nights and is very close to the us consulate. Outside food is permitted. Rooms were clean and the ac was working properly. The bed sheets however were torn at places and there were seepage marks on the ceiling.

Staycation in Ponni's Grand Inn Check-in process was smooth. Bed was soft and comfortable with room amenities such as Water Bottle, Telephone, TV, Mirror, Table, Chairs, Mini Fridge, Laundry Box, Hangers and Extra Pillows. Bathroom was neat and clean with shower. Soap, Shampoo, Brush and Paste was available. Multi Cuisine Lunch in Chariot Thai Dinner in The Orchid South Indian Breakfast Buffet in Chariot Overall it's a relaxing staycation.

1. When i reach the property, all ac rooms are occupied & advised me to take non ac room for time being and later they will change it. When i try to cancel booking they requested for 2 hrs, after 2 hrs they arranged an ac room. 2. Room booked ***** with free breakfast, but not served. Location is good staff are friendly pls contact the property at-least twice and confirm the booking requirements with them.

The room was in good condition, and clean. The service was also very good. Also, the location of the hotel is good as it is near the chennai central railway station and there are some good places to eat nearby.

The location is inside a small lane. And we were told lift is available and when we reached we found no lift and all the rooms needs to be acceded trough a steep staircase. Because of this we were compelled to cancel two persons stay because if their age. The staff were not able to sort out this. And they say car parking is available but one heed to park on the narrow lane and take your own risk. Overall the rooms were good and comfortable. But if you are traveling with seniors or with someone with disability to walk do not go here. And if you bring your car park it at your own risk.

10- 15 walk from beach good hotels near by. There are some tea and juice shops too near by the room was okay, small. I wish it was a bigger shower and bathroom are nice. Most attractive is its near to the beach, if you want to go for early morning and evening walks, away from city traffic.

Digvijay Neha Rachal is very good and friendly. I stayed in this hotel it's very good and the food is very delicious and am impressed by all the staff within the hotel they were able to arrange everything on time am glad that i visited this hotel So you guys visit this hotel.

The Room is good enough for our stay for 2 nights. The Front desk staff Srimathi, Archana and Praveen were very helpful and check -in and check - out were superfast. Bell boy Gokul helped us by delivering our luggage on both times. Complimentary breakfast is very basic - idlys, dosai, uppma, eggs and coffee/tea. If you order for fresh dosai , fried eggs and coffee, takes extra long time and waiting was difficult as air-con was ineffective. Kalai, the driver, provides free ride to the airport and helps with loading and unloading our luggage. Complimentary rides were very helpful arranged by this Hotel. The real downside are the approach roads which are full of pits and pot holes making the drive very hard. Also the place is inundated with mosquitos and we had to spray mosquito repellent all the time.

I arrived at this lovely location of a hotel without even a reservation but I was able to enjoy my stay thoroughly. All the staff from Reception to Concierge and Restaurant were absolutely efficient and pleasant. The location was so central that I did all my shopping and eating within Pondy Bazaar. Kumarans, Saravanas, Rathne Stores, McDonalds, Adyar Ariya Bawan, Zudio, Trends were all within walking distance Breakfast was adequate and enjoyable which we got complimentary with the room Thank you M Central for making our stay a very enjoyable and pleasant one!!!
