Nice folks. Room was clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was a little healthy walk with lots of good choices. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay when in Eugene area. Dollar for dollar, way above some of the other hotels I've stayed at. A lot of restaurants in the area. Nothing was lacking in room or service available. More than likely will seek out this hotel brand in other areas when travelling.

Nice little spot for a quick get away. Indoor pool was a plus. Breakfast was good to.

Room 209. Check in was quick and easy. We could tell this hotel was build as a Fairfield as it has the same floor plan, carpet design and the same pictures in the room. We are gold elite and got upgraded. It was a handicap access room, which we don’t really need but the room is big and in two sections. One has the king size bed, end stands each with lights, two small drawers and two large drawers for clothing storage, a closet and a TV, the other side of the room has a couch with two round tables, a work desk, a floor lamp and another TV. There is a microwave with two shelves to hold food. Also, there is a fridge and a coffee maker. They have an indoor pool and there are towels at the poo. Breakfast. No plastic tongs for toast and there were no boiled eggs but they had a spinach omelet and a sausage biscuit with no no egg. No other hot breakfast. There was English muffins and jelly and peanut butter, They also had a bagel and cream cheese. They had bananas oranges, and cereal. But they had waffles.

As soon as we parked Christian came immediately and asked if he we needed any assistance, when we told him we wanted to valet he asked if we will be needing the trolley. He waited very patiently while we checked in, he offered to bring our cart to our room and offered to help us with anything else we should need. He gave his name and also Nathan’s as Nathen was the one that parked our car. I found him extremely polite, patent and genuinely helpful. I wish him all the success in future.
