The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Because self-driving cars have to park on the other side of the square (in fact, it’s only a 5-minute walk, but there is no elevator in the public parking lot, so you have to pick up the boxes from the underground by yourself), we have been out for more than ten days, two large boxes and two small boxes of luggage- Passing through the square should be too big a target, so unfortunately I was targeted-at the last moment when I entered the hotel door, the two female thieves went one after the other, and when I subconsciously turned back, the back hand was already touching my schoolbag...turning back When I checked in, I asked the front desk how the security was like this-he bluntly said that the place was very safe-the problem is that according to our observations over the next two days, it was a group of gypsies who usually occupies the intersection next to the hotel! A little quiet and spooky with dark corridors due to the energy/light saving options. Colour scheme and concrete floors a little prison like but the staff were nice and the breakfast was excellent. The little restaurant next door was awesome. Would stay there again no we know what to expect

The hotel is very good, recently, with high quality services and staff. I recommend it with all the necessary reservations.

The hotel is clean, well equipped, spacious and convenient. No extra bed, Sunday lunch, the staff here is very warm and patient, and can't speak French in English.

This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back.

I had a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient as it is right in front of the station. I arrived an hour early, but they happily allowed me to check in early. The staff were also kind. It would have been nice if there was a shared kitchen.
