The location of the Villa is in San Marino Condominium with gate control 24/7. Two bedrooms are in the first level, and each has a full bed plus a bunk bed. The other two bedrooms are in the second level, having one with a twin bed and bunk bed. If you like deep sea fishing or just be in a motor boat on the sea, you can hire a half or full day tour to do this. Going out from a nearby marina, there a several options where they provide you with everything including a captain! Another close place to visit (20 miles) is Monterrico, where you can find restaurants, bars and places to hang out and meet other visitors; look for baby sea turtles release to the ocean, a magnificient event with the kids to share. If you spend several days in this Villa, you can do day trips to nice places like Antigua (53 miles), a beautiful colonial town, full of historic spanish monuments, museums, churches, great gastronomy, coffee, and bars. This unique city lies on the base of the Agua Volcano and is close to Fuego (active!) and Acatenango volcano. Another day trip could be visiting Guatemala City (65 miles) and do a city tour. On your way to the city you will pass by Pacaya Volcano (55 miles) which is active and you can hike it up in an hour, which is a great lifetime experience: you will see melted lava! Another day trip could be visiting Lake Atitlan (85 miles), considering one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and it is true.
