Staying three nights at Ibis Bangkok IMPACT was a comfortable and convenient experience. Located within the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani complex, the hotel offers easy access to events and exhibitions at IMPACT Arena and Challenger Hall. The room was modern, clean, and adequately sized for a short stay, with amenities like a comfortable bed, a functional workspace, and a clean bathroom with a good shower. The staff at Ibis Bangkok IMPACT were friendly and efficient, providing quick check-in and assistance throughout my stay. They were knowledgeable about the local area and could recommend nearby dining options and transportation options. The hotel's dining options were decent, with a buffet breakfast offering a variety of dishes including local Thai favorites and international cuisine. The bar area was cozy and a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring or attending events. While the hotel primarily caters to business travelers and those attending events at IMPACT, it also serves tourists looking for a comfortable base outside the city center. The nearby shopping malls and restaurants within the complex provide additional convenience. Overall, Ibis Bangkok IMPACT is a solid choice for its location, comfortable accommodations, and efficient service, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers visiting Bangkok.

The Hotel is what you would expect from Oakwood Suites five-star plus quality at affordable prices. Quick and easy pre-booking. Nice friendly greeting upon arrival. The hotel is well situated for public transport and getting around the city, with good parking and attentive security, and friendly staff members. The rooms are well-organized and comfortable with all the mod cons. I especially like the Nespresso coffee unit. Good Food & Beverage offerings especially the breakfast in their welcoming restaurant and bar a great way to start the day. It even has a handy co-working space for when you are on the go. Nice swimming pool, gym, and kids’ room. Not forgetting the rooftop bar with outstanding views of the city. I highly recommend the Oakwood Suites Tiwanon as your second home away from home. I have stayed here before in 2019, and was very pleased to return in 2023. The hotel is very good value. All the staff are very helpful, and I was helped by Lucky when I had to copy important data from a CD. The food is very good, with a really big choice for breakfast. I am a bit fussy about food, but no difficulty finding what I liked. The room service food is also good. Everywhere is very clean, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to a friend. Another very important thing for me , is that the MRT station is only a few metres away. There is a bridge to cross the road making access easy and safe. There is a supermarket nearby. Big thank you to all the staff.

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

Perkhidmatan pelanggan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu boleh berbahasa Inggeris dan beberapa bahasa Cina. Ia agak jauh dari bandar, tetapi kami pergi menonton konsert itu sangat dekat dengan tempat dan sangat mudah untuk perjalanan untuk naik teksi, lebih senang sebab dekat hotel dekat exit highway tak banyak yang sewa Ada 3 sangat senang nak beli dari 711. Hotel ada breakfast sendiri, tapi dalam akhirnya, kami diberikan katil tambahan untuk tiga orang yang tinggal bersama. Persekitaran biliknya sangat bagus dan agak besar, dengan tingkap besar dan pemandangan yang bagus. TV dalam bilik ada cctv domestik sendiri~

Comfortable as always. Been here several time for concerts. Location is great, this tome I attend concert that hold in Impact challenger which take 3 min walk by connected skywalk from hotel building to concert venue.

จองในแอปไป 1 คืน จ่ายหน้าเคาเตอร์ อีก 7 คืน เพราะได้ลดราคาตกคืนละ 600 ทุกอย่าง โอเค ประเด็นคือ โรงเเรมกำลังซ้อมปรับปรุง ตอนเช้าถึงเย็นเสียงดังมากกกกกกกกก เสียงตอกกระเบื้อง สว่าน และอื่นๆ ถ้ามาพักผ่อนและถ้าอยากใช้เวลานอนที่โรงแรมตอนกลางวันไม่ควร เพราะไม่สามารถนอนได้ และพนักงานไม่เเจ้งตอนเช็คอินว่าจะมีการปรับปรุงโรงเเรม ถามพนักงานต้อนรับ บอกว่าน่าจะเสร็จ อาทิตย์หน้า เท่ากับจ่ายเงินมาฟังเสียงซ้อมต่างๆ นอนไม่ได้ ทำงานไม่ได้ ประชุมออนไลน์ ไม่รู้เรื่อง สรุปต้องออกไปหาร้านกาแฟนั่งทำงานเเทน จบการรีวิว!!!

Stayed 1 night for location to local football stadium. Great service with free mini van to drop me at the stadium. Room was clean and had everything you need for a 1 night stay. would recommend and would definitely stay again if im in the area.

Quick stay over last minute booking worked out quite well. Staff was pleasant room is very big super comfortable bed I will stay again if I'm in that area and I recommend it too. Restaurant is also has quite a good selection of food and it's quite reasonably priced.
