A Popular Ramen Shop in Asahikawa

I came to Asahikawa City for the first time, so I searched for Asahikawa ramen to eat before leaving and decided to try Ume Koken. There seems to be a branch at the airport, but the reviews were bad, so I went to the "original store" instead. Oshibori, water, and disposable chopsticks are self-service. I thought I should try the soy sauce ramen since I'm in Asahikawa, but I'm not really drawn to soy sauce ramen, so I went for miso instead. I didn't want corn, so I just added a flavored egg. The miso had a strong garlic flavor, which made me happy. The char siu wasn't to my taste, maybe not that delicious. The flavored egg was the best! I'm glad I added it.
