Because half a day is not enough to play! You should stay here for a whole day to enjoy it! 📍 Location: Beijing • Nan Yuan Forest Wetland Park ✨ Experience: Watch wild diving by the river, ride a small electric car in the park, stop and take photos on the green paths, climb the new most beautiful viewing platform in Beijing and wait for a grand sunset, spend a whole day in the forest tree house reading quietly, bring your own camping equipment and camp in any forest, and go on an autumn outing with friends... As the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday began, I originally wanted to go to the Yuanxian She Forest Tree House in Nansen Park to read and write, but I didn't expect the tree house to be so popular during the holiday that I couldn't even find a seat, let alone write. It's beautiful, but there are too many people here on holidays. It should be a place where you can be quiet and do your own thing on weekdays. Even though my initial plan didn't work out, I unlocked another extremely relaxing and comfortable way to play in Nansen Park: ride a small electric car in the shape of a frog/tiger and stop at your favorite places to take photos. Nansen Park is very well landscaped, with different green areas. Some are like forests, some are like secret water ponds, and some require climbing up and down hills, just like entering a mountain forest... I rode my car, stopped by the river to watch the diving, and stopped at my favorite small forest. I also watched people paddleboarding in the river with great interest... It was so comfortable! The only downside to visiting the park this way is that it's expensive. The small animal electric car costs 88 yuan per hour, and I got so excited that I ended up spending more than 300 yuan haha~ But, it's worth it to buy my happiness! I booked the recently popular viewing platform in Nansen Park on my phone in advance. The location is indeed high, and you need to climb a small hill to get there. I chose to go at dusk, when the setting sun was casting its rays on the distant city, and countless people gathered on the viewing platform to watch this grand sight. I sat down on the top floor and watched the moon and the city in silence, as the cool breeze blew, it was the most comfortable autumn atmosphere in Beijing. I will come back to this viewing platform on a clear day in Beijing to look out over the city where I study, live, and work.
