The Huguo Shuangguan Emperor Temple is now open.

It faces the road. The gate is painted bright red. The stone archway is inscribed with "Huguo Shuangguan Emperor Temple". The stone archway is not open; enter through the wooden door on the north side. The main hall is a single room, facing east and west. It originally housed a clay statue of Guan Yu and a lacquered statue of Yue Fei, but these are no longer there. Now the hall introduces Beijing's siheyuan (courtyard houses), with a model of a four-entrance siheyuan displayed in the center. There are also exhibits on cultural relic restoration techniques. The painted ceiling is beautiful, and part of it has been newly restored. The rear hall and the north wing are work areas where you can see how artisans restore cultural relics. You can get stamps in the north wing; there are several of them, so remember to bring a small notebook.
