Beppu-Mount Tsurumi

#hikingtrails if it’s winter in Beppu u have to go to Mount Tsurumi; a winter wonderland, covered in snow. Very cold as u can see from a giant thermometer it’s below 0 degrees🥶. Take the hiking trail to visit the various shrines specific for different horoscopes and purposes on the mountain top to ask for blessings. Amazing sight of winter, trees and pathways covered by snow. There are also a number of stairs which are very slippery although there are railings to hold on to. Naturally if climbing up is tough, going down is a bigger challenge., so be careful ! A sight seeing spot not to be missed !
