Chengdu SKP embodies the relaxed vibe of Sichuan people

During the New Year, I visited Chengdu, which feels both familiar and strange to me. I can probably return once a year. The familiar part is the still-open skewer restaurants in the alleys; the strange part is the emergence of one top-notch shopping complex after another. There's the nightlife's glitz and glamour, and there's the afternoon tea on the dam. Chengdu is getting better and better, and it will always be my hometown. It will always have the old ladies who nonchalantly take photos leaning against the water curtain walls, and the 'sunflowers' that strike various poses to bask in the sun anywhere they please.
