Ramada Hotel 35th Floor Observation Deck (Photos 1-6) You can go up for free if you stay at the hotel, but we didn't stay here. Tickets 🎫 are required, adults 💰38, children 💰20 (both brothers are under 120 cm, so free) You can clearly see the whole city of Dongxing and Mong Cai, Vietnam, across the river.
