The restaurant has a minimum consumption requirement of at least 80 yuan per person, which means that the requirement can be met by ordering a dessert per person. We ordered the daily limited edition matcha souffle and strawberry waffles. Let me first evaluate the soufflé. It has a soft and airy texture, and the matcha sauce is not too sweet and has a strong tea flavor. The strawberry waffles are as good as the pancakes in Japan and are cooked to perfection, chewy but not too chewy. TERA offers pasta and other main dishes for lunch.
