This time we came to this restaurant located in Hong Kong Park, a paradise in the bustling city of Golden Mile🍴 The restaurant is located near a waterfall with natural sunlight as the main lighting ☀️ This time it was a rainy day when I visited 🌧️ so the restaurant environment is relatively dark 🥲 But looking at the lake view is indeed quite poetic and special😌 Dining time is 90 minutes⏱️ Basic Lunch Set from $228/person (appetizer + main course + regular tea) 🍴Smoked salmon salad with bay leaves, agar agar The salad portion was plentiful, most notably a piece of agar agar that looked like jelly candy Melts in your mouth for a clear salad that is not only seasoned but also nutritious, providing enough dietary fiber 🍴Grilled American Prime Ribeye Steak with Potatoes (+$60) Five percent cooked I think a little more than fifty percent although cut will ooze blood but a little more cooked Fortunately, still control the meat and lock the meat juice has a bite but not tough 👍🏻 Also tried a little friend's meals 🍴Carrot Cream Soup The soup is made with fresh carrots.
