Superb experience

After planning and not being blessed to get reservations. The 6 of us finally got a chance to try Amber. We came for dinner and got the full amber experience, loved every course especially their signature dish, the uni caviar, lobster gel and cauliflower cream was to die for. Our dinner included a kitchen tour, where the staff takes us to the kitchen and explains/watch the amber team at work, then we were served a course there which I thought it was a really cool concept. Every dish was perfectly balanced: the quality of the ingredients, the preparation, the presentation, the flavours were exceptional. #chinatrip #hongkong #michelinstar
