The Silveri hotel in Tung Chung tools its name from the silver mines on Lantau Island. This newly-opened hotel is fresh and thoroughly designed. Everything here has its purpose, and all amenities work for you to create a seamless stay. The biggest highlights are the people here - I felt welcomed from the very first minute of my stay. The restaurant, in its design, is a reminder of silver mines. Modern restaurant, as some may say. I've booked the Gourmet Experience and strongly recommend that to others.
