Kunming | Pho.Bo Viet Nam Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup (Cuihu Branch)

Address: No. 70 Cuihu North Road, Wuhua District, Kunming (near Cuihu Park, Yunnan Sheng, Yuantong Mountain, and the Army Lecture Hall) Last time, I visited the Nanchang Street branch of Pho.Bo Viet Nam. Since there were many dishes I hadn't tried yet, I decided to visit the Cuihu branch this time. Although both are Pho.Bo Viet Nam, the store names are different, and the dishes and prices vary. This time, I tried the following dishes: 1. Vietnamese Braised Beef Sandwich ¥35 (The braised beef was very tender and smooth, without any tendons, and paired well with the slightly sour carrot shreds. However, the baguette was not crispy enough, which was a bit disappointing.) 2. Lemongrass Grilled Meat ¥18 (The grilled meat had a nice flavor with a strong lemongrass aroma.) 3. Winter Melon Lychee Ice ¥18 (The drink had a hint of lemon flavor, well-balanced, not too sweet, and included a few pieces of fresh lychee.) 4. A Bowl of Saba ¥19.9 (It turned out to be coconut ice cream with coconut milk, coconut jelly, coconut shreds, coconut chips, and pink pearls. It was very delicious. If the coconut milk were colder, it would be even better.)
