Pet-Friendly Travel in Sanya: Exploring Boundary Island with Your Dog

I've visited most of the dog-friendly spots in Sanya, and this time, I took my dog, Tuan Tuan, to explore Boundary Island. Upon arrival, we encountered many dogs, including Corgis, Shiba Inus, Poodles, and Schnauzers. It's essential to keep your dog on a short leash. Here's what you need to bring when taking your dog to the island: a leash, water and a bowl, vaccination records, and a muzzle (vaccination records and a muzzle might be checked, although mine weren't). Next, line up for security checks with your dog. Make sure to keep them on a short leash or carry them, as some people are afraid of dogs, and the crowd can be overwhelming. After passing security, head to the service desk to sign a 'waiver agreement.' Once signed, you can queue up to board the boat. The island is small, so keep your dog on a leash to ensure the safety of your pet and others. Pet-friendly places in China are rare, so let's cherish them!
