The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of delicate flavors, releasing a fragrant aroma with each bite. Paired with white wine, the fresh aroma mixed with the softness and fat of the chicken, overflowing with the cold fragrance of flowers and fruits. I love this restaurant not only because most dishes are priced between 800-1000 yen, with a total bill of around 2000 yen, equivalent to about 100 HKD, but also because the coffee, which is far superior to any coffee shop, is only 350 yen (18 HKD). The restaurant's Showa era-themed decor adds a touch of elegance, making the dining experience feel more ceremonial. The elderly waitress, Ms. Yasuko Nakami, chatted happily with me through a translation app. I learned that Camaro has been in business for 38 years! I'm only 29! That's a long time.
