Fantastic food

The food at Cho Cho San is exceptional, showcasing a blend of traditional and contemporary Japanese flavours that are truly unforgettable. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a long dinner, every dish is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. It’s a really lively restaurant with a nice atmosphere although due to the small space, the sound is amplified and got quite noisy where I couldn’t quite hear the person next to me. That's only a bother when you are here on a business meeting or entertaining a client. The ocean trout was our favourite, with a punchy soy sauce wasabi base. And the striploin was wonderfully tender with a subtly smokiness and delicious soy sauce. Highly recommended for great food and ambience. #australiatrip #lively #deliciousfood
