Free Water Park Tickets With Stay

Stayed for the 3rd times at Best Western i-City Shah Alam as l find the room rate about RM150 net per night was reasonable, including breakfast and i-City waterpark tickets for 2 adults. The waterpark alone cost RM40 for adult. My room was deluxe twin. Check in was fast and no room deposit required. Do note that all the deluxe rooms are connecting rooms. The room amenities were good with shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shaving kits, dental kits, and disposable slippers. All the room lights, TV, fridge, air-con, and safety deposit box were working fine. I liked there were 2 power points at each side of the beds. Wi-Fi speed was slow. Nowadays, it is very rare to find a 3-star hotel provides the above room amenities. The restaurant was on Level 5. Breakfast had nasi lemak, fried rice, noodles, curry chicken, roti canai, cereals, porridge, sausages, hams, cut fruits, pastries, and an egg station. The buffet breakfast was 10x better than the 5-star hotels that I have stayed in terms of varieties, portion, and taste. In summary, the hotel is rated as 3-star hotel, but 5-star service rendered with fast check-in and check-out, complimentary shuttle service to Central i-City, friendly F&B staff and the two male housekeepers that greeted me on every morning.
