Cultural heritage walk

One way to find the hidden gems in one of Singapore‘s most established heritage neighbourhoods is to sign up for an walking tour here. This used to be an area dedicated to the Malay community back in Singapore‘s developing years and many of the beautiful shophouses have been preserved and repurposed. We learnt about the rich history behind many of the buildings and nature parks, like how one bookstore had been passed down to the third generation in the family! Very artsy place to come immerse yourself in especially if you’re a history buff. #singaporetrip
