Stella Maris Parish Church

Stella Maris Parish Church in Sliema dates from 1878 and is considered to be the mother church of all other Parish churches in Sliema and Gzira, due to it being the oldest Paris church in the area. At the time of the church’s consecration Sliema was just a small hamlet and as the population of Sliema has continued to grow the church has been enlarged and embellished to reflect this. #celebrateit #malta #mediterranean #church
