Sligo, Ireland

Located on the Atlantic coast in the northwest of Ireland, Sligo is the capital of County Sligo and part of the province of Connacht. It is the 24th largest city in Ireland and one of the commercial and cultural centers of western Ireland. Tourist attractions - Sligo Castle: Built in 1245, it was an important Norman stronghold in Ireland. The architecture is magnificent, the interior is beautifully decorated, and it is full of historical charm.  - Benbulben: A landmark mountain in the Sligo area, it is lush and scenic, perfect for hiking and enjoying the natural scenery.  - Glencar Waterfall: The water flows rapidly and is magnificent, and the surrounding scenery is picturesque.
