Discovering Gozo, Malta’s Hidden Gem 🌅🌿

During my trip to Malta, I decided to take a day trip to Gozo, and it was one of the highlights of my visit! 🚤 Although it’s the smaller of the two main islands, Gozo is full of charm and natural beauty. 🌺 The island is much quieter and less touristy than Malta, with stunning coastal views, ancient temples, and picturesque villages. 🏛️ I explored the rugged coastline and visited the famous Azure Window, a natural rock arch by the sea. Though it collapsed some years ago, the spot is still beautiful and worth visiting for the views. 🌊 Gozo’s charm is also in its peaceful atmosphere. I wandered through narrow streets, stopping by the Citadel in Victoria, which offers sweeping views of the entire island. 🏰 The architecture, combined with the green hills, makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The island is also known for its delicious local food, including the traditional Gozitan bread, which I highly recommend trying. 🍞 If you're in Malta, don’t miss the chance to hop over to Gozo for a day (or more) — it’s the perfect getaway for those looking for nature, history, and a slower pace of life. 🇲🇹 #celebrateit
