I came to Wuhan for six days and stayed for five nights. The last night I stayed at Shangri-La, which has large shopping malls such as MixC next to it. There is McDonald's and Luckin Coffee downstairs, and there is a subway station - Hong Kong Road opposite the hotel. The room type of the executive suite and deluxe room connecting room booked through the official mini program has two bedrooms, one living room, and three bathrooms (there is a shared bathroom in the living room of the suite), which is a king-size bed room and a standard room, with a total of three beds. Although the two rooms are connected, the facilities in the rooms are different. The suites use L'Occitane toiletries, and the standard rooms use large bottles of Shangri-La products. The hair dryer in the suite looked like a Dyson at first glance, but it was actually a Levitra. The hair dryer in the standard room was an old, unbranded hair dryer that was broken. I changed several sockets but the hair dryer still didn't respond. The suite's note pad is made of leather, while the standard room's is made of cloth; the suite has a capsule coffee machine, while the standard room does not; the suite's bathroom has a smart toilet, while the standard room has an ordinary toilet. The drinking water is ice dew, which is not right for a hotel of this price range. Also, there are no snacks in the mini bar and the drinks are very average. Cost-effectiveness: Compared with the standard room, including tax and service charge, 2150/night, it is still OK for three people to stay in. They can use the executive lounge at any time, three breakfasts, and three happy hours (light meals in the evening) Serve: In the past, when I checked into a hotel, welcome fruits were prepared in the room in advance. I thought it would be the same this time, but when I got to the room, there were only cutlery on the table. I called the housekeeper and he said they were preparing it. I hope they can prepare it in advance next time so that the welcome fruits can welcome guests. The meaning of staying. The hotel staff's service is quite good. The staff in the executive lounge will proactively ask guests whether they need specific catering services. During the happy hour on the evening of the 18th, there was a piece of cake that was so sweet and greasy. I reported the situation to the chef, and he responded that some customers like sweeter cakes, and the grape-shaped one is more fragrant. When we came back from outside in the evening, we went to the lounge again. There were only juice and fruits. We asked the waiter to find some snacks for us. It turned out to be the sweet cake during happy hour, which proved that most customers find it sweet... . The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool and a gym, but I didn't have time to experience them this time.
