Motel di Santa Clara

The hotel was lovely . Our first time staying here but won't be the last. Would definately recommend to friends and family . All of the staff were friendly and bubbly , always happy to help if needed. The room was very well equipped, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food was very good too. The choice for breakfast was amazing and very well cooked. The hotel was perfectly positioned for our concert ,just a short train ride or walk to the venue. Plus the added bonus of a very large indoor shopping centre right next door for all of your shopping needs. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel. If we are ever in the area, we will definatley be returning to stay again.

It is perfect place for overnight stay. Very clean and cozy room. Matt is the nice and respectable manager on duty. Like!

A decent hotel with better amenities than other motels. Suitable for business travelers.

Me hospedé aqui con la familia, el personal es muy amable. Tuve un contratiempo con mi vuelo, hablé al hotel y muy amablemente modificaron mi fecha de ingreso. El muchacho que está en los desayunos muy amable, el desayuno consistía de un burrito, un muffin, una fruta (manzan o platano), yogurt y había bebidas: cafe, te y chocolate, por el tema de la pandemia te lo entregan en una bolsa, lo cual me parece muy bien para evitar propagación. La chica de recepción habla perfectamente español, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Pedimos una habitación doble (2 camas queen y un sofa cama), estuvo muy bien, porque después de haber tenido tantos contratiempos con el vuelo, pudimos descansar muy agusto, Tiene frigobar y microondas. El estacionamiento está incluido. Cerca del hotel hay varios lugares para comer. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Kali ini menginap di hotel sendiri tiada masalah, semua aspek cukup bagus. Intinya adalah bahawa tempahan hotel membuat saya sangat tidak berpuas hati! Apabila saya membuat tempahan, saya hanya fikir Ctrip akan melakukannya semula, dan kemudian saya mengetahui bahawa ia diberikan oleh pihak ketiga. Bagaimanakah saya tahu bahawa terdapat pihak ketiga dalam Ctrip? Akibatnya, semua pihak menganggap bahawa ia adalah keputusan pihak ketiga, dan tiada siapa yang bertanggungjawab.

老公出差住的，美國不提供拖鞋和牙刷…大家記得自己帶喲！應該是當地最好的酒店吧…哦，也沒有house keeping…嗯…還是國內好呀👍

My wife, I had an amazing fun time here at the Best Western we alwayz do. The Wifi, Pool, Fitness Center, and Free Breakfast is the best part. It’s fun for Kid’s, Friend’s, Family, and it’s also great for a party.

Kawasan yang bagus, bilik yang bagus dengan katil yang selesa! Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat membantu dan baik!

I stayed for 5 nights in a king-bed room. Pros: - Interior of room has recently been nicely renovated. Furniture, window blind, TV, etc ... are all new and high-quality products. - Room floor is ”wood floor”-feeling vinyl not carpet. - Wall-mount digital climate control. - Clean and spacious room. Cons: - Parking space is a little too tight. - The breakfast area is tiny. Only 2 tables are inside. Other comments: - In-room WiFi connectivity is average. - Breakfast choice is somewhat limited.
