When we made our reservation in trip.com we pay for 6 person (2 adults and 4 children's ). And when we arrived the person in the reception told us that our room is for 4 pepole,and if we want to add 2 more (1 bed and 1 baby crib) we will need to pay then an extra charge (20$). I was very disappointed because I already payed for 6 person.trip.com You need to sync your system with the hotel.

Our brief stay at the Courtyard Harrisburg Hershey was excellent. The inside of the property feels updated and well kept, with our room being recently renovated and very clean. Andrea, Sonya, and Bryan at the front desk were all so warm and friendly and really made us feel welcome. The hotel is located conveniently right off the freeway making for an easy 15 minute trip to Hersheypark, which was the main reason for our visit. However, once in the hotel/room, we didn’t hear any freeway noise at all. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hershey!

My husband and I stayed here to attend the New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) concert which took place at the Hershey Stadium. It is located about a 20 minute drive from this hotel so not too bad considering there wasn’t any traffic and we left early enough. Our accommodations at this hotel was beyond my expectations! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything was exactly as pictured and described in on the website. They offer a breakfast buffet that is NOT free but a nice option. It was decent however, I was not happy that they don’t offer bacon for the buffet. Anyway, I highly recommend staying here very nice hotel.

This was my second visit to this area. As a Hilton Honors member I enjoy staying at different properties within the Hilton portfolio when I return to various cities. Fully planning to order app delivered dinner from a nearby restaurant, the location was excellent. Arrival & departure in Harrisburg were by Amtrak, so I required Uber ride both ways. Check-in and check-out were friendly. I checked in online and chose the suite the day before arrival and used the Digital Key. Suite was comfortable, easy temperature control and no issues with TV nor WiFi. Slept well. Bathroom had good counter space for my toiletries. The breakfast offered was quick and filling for a non-breakfast person. I found no issues with this property. There are a few restaurants within walking distance if you're not having it delivered or using the room's kitchen facilities.
