“The trip from the 16/5 - 18/5 was rain drenched and views were covered by misty fogs thus the month of May should be avoided. However, this is when the Tour Guide can be gauged on their adaptability to suit best given the conditions. Here I must say Coco as our comp Tour Guide had been great in terms of hospitality, following up and follow through with good alternative suggestions provisioned.”

When i contacted customer service, Yu is very patient and answered my questions immediately without delay. I requested changes made to the itinerary and they are able to suggest and recommend better route. Tour guide in Changsha, Ms 思思 is knowledgeable and good explanation provided. Our guide and driver in Zhangjiajie, Furong town and Feng Huang, 李哥, is attentive and know well about Zhangjiajie. Guide in Feng Huang County, 田姐,also did great in guiding us around the night tour and day tour. Hotel is very good and up to our expectations. There are also updates on hotel and itinerary daily regarding the next destination we are visiting. Overall, we are very satisfied and enjoyed our time in Hunan. 😃”
