Check-in: Awful. I waited patiently until one of the two clerks sent me to the doorman. ??? The doorman sent me back and upon returning to the check in counter the other clerk told me in a raised voice to just wait 10 minutes as they are busy. I was totally confused as I don't pester anyone. Anyway, I waited on a couch. Then another person walked in and that second clerk proceeded to check that person in. I looked at both of the clerks. Then the first clerk told the other that he needs to check me in first. Then first he couldn't find my booking and asked for an email from Trip. When I presented it he said never mind I found the booking. Just crazy. Room: Okay. Bed was too soft for my liking. Only tea, no coffee. No creamer. No toiletries except liquid soap/shower gel. The desk was only cleaned in the front while the back of the desk and phone was full of dust. The toilet drain (on the 14th floor) was smelly. The mugs which were black looked like they were just rinsed and still had stains inside that I had to lean myself. I left a note requesting for coffee and toiletrie ins such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and earbuds. We got two small pouches of coffee and only one toothbrush and small toothpaste. No earbuds. Food: We had breakfast included. We also had dinner at the hotel on one night. The breakfast was quite good except for the juice and the coffee. The dinner was a notch lower than the breakfast in terms of selection and quality of the food. I would not recommend the dinner. Shuttle bus: Good. The hotel uses small busses that I actually preferred as we never needed to wait long for the buss to fill up. If you missed a buss, the next bus would arrived almost immediately. 7.5 minutes to the Haram and 12.5 minutes back. Check out: perfect. We just handed in the key cards and that's it. Check out took all of 3 seconds. Overall: The Novotel Thakher City was okay just that it did not meet my expectations. I would not rate this as a four star hotel.

Hotel ini adalah menara nombor 8 yang kelihatan seperti sebuah pangsapuri dahulu. Sangat mewah, dengan banyak lif dan kakitangan penyambut tetamu yang mesra di lobi. Kami mempunyai sebahagian pemandangan menara jam yang bagus. Mereka menawarkan bufet sarapan pagi yang enak, restoran dan pilihan tempat makan di dalam bilik, namun, masa menunggu untuk telur dan penkek terlalu lama. Hotel ini juga menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik, 5-10 minit menunggu dan yang boleh menjadi gila semasa waktu sibuk. Orang ramai berpusu-pusu untuk menjadi setiap orang untuk dirinya sendiri seperti yang anda akan lihat di negara dunia ketiga. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik adalah 10-15 minit ke Masjidil Haram dan kira-kira 20 minit berjalan kaki ke masjidil haram. Saya lebih suka untuk berada lebih dekat dengan masjid lain kali dan dalam jarak 5 -10 minit berjalan kaki kerana untuk solat di masjid memerlukan lebih awal kira-kira 1 jam sebelum itu jika anda ingin solat di hadapan Ka'bah dan boleh membuat seseorang malas untuk pergi. berulang alik kerana jauh dan menunggu pengangkutan.

Hotel yang mengagumkan, kami mendapat pemandangan bandar dan ia sangat mengagumkan. Agak pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Semua orang di hotel ini sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bilik juga bagus, daftar masuk juga lancar tanpa menunggu kami mendapat bilik terus selepas waktu daftar masuk. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan makanan. Makanan tempatan dan barat. Sangat bagus dan disyorkan. Yang haram juga sangat dekat dengan hotel. Anda hanya boleh berjalan ke haram.

Bilik itu baru dan sangat bersih dan katilnya sangat selesa. Terdapat dua pasar raya dalam jarak kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki, tetapi pada asasnya anda perlu menaiki teksi (Uber) untuk ke mana-mana sahaja. Kami mempunyai penginapan yang selesa selama 3 malam, tetapi saya fikir adalah lebih baik untuk tinggal di sini selama 1 atau 2 malam dan tinggal di tempat yang lebih dekat dengan bandar lama.

I have booked 2 rooms under my name but the reception and duty managers made my stay uncomfortable for 6 hours for their mistakes. I requested them one day before arrival to have both rooms connected or at least the same floor. But no one cares about it and they have given me 1 room in one tower and another room in another tower which totally disappointed me and i have to request many times to change my room in the same tower or the same floor. No body was there to listen it looks like I was in a third class hotel where guests who have paid too much money don't have any value. After requesting many times to the duty managers my room was changed.

Our stay was awesome and we enjoyed a lot there. Rooms are very clean with world class facilities. Location is quiet posh and decent, very quiet and sophisticated place with free shuttle service to Haram for 24 hours. It is around 6kms from Haram sharief. Breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff is quite cooperative, helping and professional. Special thanks to Mr Khursheed Alam manager restaurant, his team and chef ( Abdul Egyptian).

Wow! What a hotel! It exceeded my expectations by far and I really enjoyed every moment of it. The service is amazing, especially Mr. Muhammad, what a kind and gentle man. He happened to check us in and check us out. As soon as you enter the hotel the wonderful smell hits you. The decor is out of this world. The calm earthy colors, the subtle bling in between everything is well thought of. The complimentary elements in the hotel i enjoyed as well. Good quality coffee, plenty of towels, of diff sorts and sizes, a beautiful view! The shuttle busses were very frequent, most I waited was 2 minutes probably, but almost in all cases I didn't have to wait. All doors are opened for you and they make you feel like royalty. Breakfast was also a variety of good food. I will definitely visit again. It was cheaper than the hotels nearby.. Last I will say is Allaahuma baarik!

The hotel is a few minutes walk to Haram so it is so convenient to stay. We booked with breakfast for our parents, the selection of bread are enough for us. The paratta with dal is delicious. The staff is so helpful.

Hotel ini terletak di pusat bandar Sebab utama adalah harga yang berpatutan, ia adalah tenang dalam kesibukan, dan ia sangat mudah untuk menjamu selera dan melancong Hotel ini dimiliki oleh Accor Sangat bagus. Bufet sarapan sangat bagus untuk harga yang sama di Arab Saudi. Dan tingkap boleh dibuka untuk sedikit pengudaraan. Terus keluar di sebelah kiri (kira-kira 500 meter) dan sampai ke jalan utama di bahagian atas, anda boleh melihat restoran Cina (dikatakan sebagai salah satu lokasi penggambaran Flowers and Boys). juga dua restoran burger ***a Barat🍔 di persimpangan , dan sebuah pasar raya kecil. Apabila anda keluar, berjalan di sebelah kanan kira-kira 800 dan anda akan sampai ke denai riadah tepi laut Selepas seharian bekerja, anda boleh berjalan-jalan pada waktu petang Terdapat juga ramai penduduk tempatan yang berjalan di sana Terdapat juga restoran makanan segera seperti KFC. Terdapat juga jalan-jalan komersial terkenal di Jeddah berdekatan. Kami terlalu sibuk untuk pergi ke sana.

Highly recommended for solo travellers. I really enjoyed my stay here. Both the gentlemen at the reception were very helpful. Mr.Yazed (Morning) and Mr. Mohammed (Night). All essentials were provided: Bathroom Towels, Soap/Shampoo and Water Bottles, Coffee/Tea.The hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes uber ride from Airport and Jeddah Corniche. There is also a shopping mart (Danube) a few steps away from the hotel. Food delivery is available in the area Hungerstation (local food delivery app) worked the best. I recommend trying Kabsa (National Dish) from Al Romansiah restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which makes it highly recommended for travelers prioritizing proximity to transportation hubs. However, the breakfast options were quite limited during my stay, which could be improved to cater to a wider variety of preferences. Regarding facilities, the rooftop swimming pool offers a great view, adding potential value to the overall experience. Unfortunately, it was under maintenance during my visit, so I couldn't enjoy it.

The hotel overall was nice but the service was slow starting from the front desk to the house keeping.

صراحه نظافه يوميا جميله جدا  وامنو لي سرير اطفال  وطلبت سرير اطفال ولبوه سريعا  والمكيف بارد جدا وحلو  والموظفين قمه الاحترام والذوق الاخت ربى وزميله السعودي  ومدير النظافه لبى الطلبات سريعا  وان شاء الله لي عوده للسكن

قربه من المطار موقعه كمطاعم وخدمات غير مناسب كونه حول الصناعية

كان الفندق جميلا الموظفين متعاونين إلى حد كبير موقع الفندق ايضا بالقرب من شارع فلسطين وكان يخدم رحلتي تماما حيث كنت أحتاج إلى استكشاف سوق الجوالات في هذا الشارع

-الموقع ممتاز داخل السوق ينفع للتسوق 👍 الي ما عجبني : السعر مبالغ فيه غالي جدا وبنفس السعر فيه افضل وراخص ازعاج لاونج تحت حتى آخر الليل واضح ان العزل سئ أرضيات الغرف فيها بقع تحتاج إلى نظافة اكثر مافيه مجفف شعر وطلبنا لكن للأسف من بكره جابوه لنا تاخير في تسجيل الدخول بعد ٦ م والإزعاج من ١٠ ص للتنبيه للخروج

Das Hotel ist neu und liegt ca 8km ausserhalb von Taif an der Umgehungsstrasse. Mein Zimmer war ausgezeichnet und sauber. Das Bett bequem und das Wifi schnell. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die Lage an der 6-spurigen Umgehungsstrasse, gab es in meinem zur Seite liegenden Zimmer trotz doppelt verglasten Fenstern ziemlichen Verkehrslärm den man mit der AC auf höchster Stufe etwas kaschieren konnte. Das Frühstück war eher arabisch orientiert, frische Säfte gab es nicht. Am Abend wurde für 99 SAR ein ganz gutes Buffet angeboten.

I stayed at Fakhamat Aldyar Service Apartment during my visit to Taif. The reception staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The apartment had two rooms and one toilet, and everything was fine and comfortable. One of the best parts of the stay was the convenient location—restaurants were just a short walking distance away, making meals easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

First experience and best experience!!! Staff and property is very nice. Comfortable and friendly!!! We booked Delux Villa having heated Private pool. On site gym, mini market and an Italian restaurant. Fully equipped kitchen. Good job Meral team👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💐
