Stayed at this location while seeing a concert at the Rosemont Theatre. Very conveniently located, only a 5 min walk up the street. Close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle as well. Staff are all super welcoming and happy to assist. Was offered complimentary breakfast and free drink vouchers upon check in.

Let's start with the check-in. Since we got into Chicago early (9am), we had to wait till 2pm to check in. the hotel was nice enough to keep our bags for free. However, given it would be a walk around downtown for a few hours, we had to repack our backpack. unfortunately during the repack, one of our passports dropped onto the lobby floor. after an hour of panic, as we only discovered the loss at lunch, we got back to the hotel to ask if it was turned in. The check-in person basically just brushed us off by opening a couple of drawers and said he knows nothing. After we got into the room, we called downstairs (Guest Services) to ask for slippers (which they don't have) and also asked about the passport again and they again said no. our last ditch effort was just to give Guest Services our room number and name and ask them to call if and when it is found. Within 5 mins of the our call, a different person called up and said they do have our lost passport. A bit strange that a found passport is given much priority especially when the passport name matches our reservation name. Also at check-in, I overheard another guest was staying 2 nights and heard that they were told that for 2 nights, there might not be a room cleaning as they only clean 'every other day'. For us, we stayed 3 nights and there wasn't any cleaning attempted. I wish they would have told us of this arrangement beforehand and we would have priced this into our calculation. For the room, the carpet was quite dirty and had sticky wet spots on them. We had to place our bed covers down on the floor so that we don't get sticky feet. The A/C was working very well but it just wasn't well designed. There was only a single outlet vent and it was at waist level and blew directly onto one of the 2 beds and it was very loud and came on very periodically. To be fair, we never reported any of these in-room issues as we just didn't want to be bothered moving rooms. The laundry service was somewhat of a bonus as it is free. however, it is at a different location and there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer (for the whole of 2 hotels). Luckily when I wanted to do laundry, it was available. The washing was fine (around 25mins) but the drying was at least 90 mins. Guess when something is free, it cannot be that good. On final day check-out, we were given a late check out which is appreciated.

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

When we first walked in, their was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. We received cookies, which were a pleasant surprise, extremely delicious, and warm. Check in was really easy, the person at the front desk was very pleasant we could tell she liked her job, she was also efficient and fast. The room was very clean and didn't smell like pets or cigarettes, like most hotel rooms do even though they say they are non smoking. We did notice the furniture was outdated and heavily used; however it is  expected, because it is a hotel room. We did not come to sit in the room and look at the 4 walls, we wanted to experience the amenities the hotel provides.     I walked in with low expectations because every hotel I've been to with a pool and a hot tub one or the other does not work. This is even after calling the hotel before booking a reservation we end up being disappointed. I was extremely satisfied when both the pool and hot tub were operational and clean. The pool towels were actually on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. There was an incident at the pool with 3 young teens who couldn't handle a certain kind of substance and the one ended up vomiting and all the girls ran away with out reporting it. When we called the front desk they came quickly and cleaned it up. There was a small fitness center off to the side of the pool and was well kept and clean.  Breakfast was organized, the food was cooked in variation, which I enjoyed, because I do not like my food overdone. The waiter was super friendly and very attentive to our needs they will definitely have my business again.

My family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

The room was really nice looking and front desk service was excellent. The only issue was that the bed and sheets felt too warm even now in winter. There are shops nearby, and free shuttle service.

This hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything. That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated. The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay. Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom. TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario.

The service was good. I had trouble at check in with the credit cards and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the phone was broken and wouldn't shut up...so I unplugged it and notified the front desk. Check out was simple also and the shuttle to and from the airport was useful. Pick up is at the Terminal 2 shuttle area and you take the team there. If you have a very early flight the shuttle might be an iffy choice. I also ate at the restaurant which was delicious and the service was good.
