Hotel Pet Friendly di Tibet, China

There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

I have mixed feelings of this hotel. Maybe my own fault but I thought this hotel was associated with the more famous Intercontinental hotel brand. I felt a bit disappointed when I realised it wasn’t. The hotel was right at the foot of Mount Kailash which was the purpose of our trip however was disappointed as the hotel doesn’t have a great view of Kailash. I want to give positive comments as the hotel had a lot going for it, such as full body massage chair in the room, smart voice controls for the room but we didn’t use any of these. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking and the shower facilities was not as good as some other hotels we’ve experienced on our Tibet trip. We had a second a second night booked at this hotel but we decided to cancel and go somewhere else. Sorry but I can’t recommend this hotel.

酒店服務非常好，酒店服務員細心招待，真誠對待主客，還特意貼心贈送了便攜式氧氣罐，酒店還提供紅景天可以幫助降低高原反應。酒店停車場非常方便，還可以充電。特別提出的是酒店位置簡直絕了，不但房間可以欣賞南迦巴瓦峯，酒店還有頂樓觀景台，酒店房間也非常趕緊，酒店的餐飲也尤其感覺可口而且價格也比較合適。非常推薦！

整體還是很滿意的一家酒店，值得五星。位置好找，有自己的停車場，對自駕友好。大廳設計感不錯，前台服務熱情，升級了高樓層房間。 房間很乾凈，床品舒適，枕頭有軟硬選擇，睡得很好。隔音效果不錯，晚上基本聽不到走廊和隔壁的聲音。衞浴用品齊全，淋浴出水快，水温穩定。窗簾是電動的，智能化體驗挺好。 唯一想説的是早餐，可能期望有點高，感覺品類不算特別豐富，熱菜少了點，味道中規中矩，和酒店其他方面比起來稍顯普通。不過該有的也都有，吃飽沒問題。 總的來説瑕不掩瑜，房間和服務都很在線，性價比高。下次來這邊還是會考慮入住，早餐隨便吃點就行，不影響整體體驗。

酒店服務實在是太好了！別説是阿里，內地很多酒店都比不上！得知下午生病，晚上特別悉心照料，幫忙熱飯熱粥送到房間，收走垃圾，一直都在幫忙提行李！從前台，到餐廳，到客服，簡直是非常非常棒的體驗！！！有些高反，還免費送了葡萄糖！有任何要幫忙的都非常熱心！ 設施：一流 衞生：無贓物 環境：非常好無異味 服務：比內地很多地方都好！

酒店地理位置在市區，樓下停車場隨便進出沒有閘機。 惠庭的設備太多，比如微波爐、咖啡機這些，對於普通旅客來説基本用不上，同時導致空間顯得狹小。 製氧機的出氣聲音是住了附近這麼多酒店裡麪最小的，好評。 服務方面，進門的時候停車、搬運行李都是靠自己，服務扣一分。

春節假期連住三晚，天天酒店滿房，很幸運被升級到了酒店套房。前台小姐姐安保大哥知道我高反送葯省去機器人直幫我速度送到門口👍💗 酒店有12h免費醫療供氧（彌散式加鼻吸式）房間備有加濕器 這裏很合適自駕，旁邊就是萬達廣場，出城去機場很方便，下次來拉薩 我會繼續考慮這裏。

Beautiful hotel that still preserves its historical architecture with modern luxuries. We enjoyed the heated floor (it's so comfortable to walk around) and the oxygen machine (a lifesaver when we just reached Lhasa!). Special thanks to Guest Service staff - 次塔 for coordinating breakfast and housekeeping with us throughout our stay, and for helping to safekeep our forgotten item when we checked out! Her warm hospitality helped us ease into the high altitude environment more easily! Oh and don't forget to try the Indian restaurant within the hotel - it's extremely delicious and the price is affordable! We hope to return soon!

本條評論有點長，佔用大家的時間，請耐心看完。 首先我要先感謝酒店的老闆和朱經理，感謝在我們遇到困難的時候，能那麼熱心的幫我們解決，讓我們感到的家一般的温暖，真誠的感謝您們！ 那接下來我寫一下酒店給我的真實的入住感受。 進入大堂，第一眼就感覺乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮，裝修風格也是我喜歡的現代輕奢風，服務人員也非常熱情素質高，朱經理更是熱心的幫我們送了行李上樓。進入房間，每一處細節都很到位，床品乾淨潔白如新，房間非常舒適。設施也非常齊全，還配備了自助洗衣房，給出門在外的人提供了便利。早餐也很豐盛。給這個酒店點贊，強烈推薦👍

林芝機場附近最好的酒店，酒店很大風景很美，無論前台還是餐廳還是活動都一級棒，前台體貼的升級了陽台景觀房，客房貼心的早早的打開了空調增加了取暖器，謝謝。吃了中餐廳的晚餐，西餐廳的早餐，雖然晚餐好幾道想吃的菜沒有了但是領班給出來很多很好的建議，謝謝。體驗了藏香製作，由於下午到的晚第二天就要回程，酒店貼心的臨時加班安排了製作活動，藏族小夥cobe風趣帥氣，不但教會了怎麼製作還介紹了歷史文化受益匪淺，再次感謝。
