Hôtel à l’accueil sympathique (personnel disponible et souriant, café thé à disposition à la réception), chambre et salle de bains propres, taille correcte (petite douche mais avec pommeau filtrant l’eau, miroir grossissant..), parquet, coffre fort, décoration sobre mais soignée. Seuls points négatifs : chambre peu insonorisée et ascenseur en demi palier. La chambre 56 a une petite terrasse équipée où le soleil de mi-octobre nous a permis (à 9h30) de prendre un agréable café avec une belle vue sur la Tour Eiffel, avant de profiter des alentours de ce quartier vivant à pied : rue du commerce, Centre commercial Beaugrenelle, Île aux cygnes, marché de Grenelle du dimanche et de tout Paris, le métro étant à 2 pas... Un parking (interparking Cambronne) 16€ /jour est situé à proximité mais il est conseillé de réserver à l’avance.

This is a great little hotel in a good location. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice- pastries, croissants, bread, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt etc. My only reason for rating my stay 4 stars instead of 5 was that my room was 114, on the first floor facing the street. It was very noisy in the street overnight, making it difficult to sleep. When you book, ask for a room which doesn’t face the street- your stay will be great!

If I were 20 years younger I would totally dig this. Uber cool design hotel, a hidden secret in an up-and-coming and grungy (almost dangerous) part of town. Alas, visiting as a family, this property was out of the way from most attractions. The killer designer features also killed me with a thousand cuts with their lack of functionality. No matter how one tries, the room was always never bright enough. Certainly not great news for middle-aged presbyopia. The designer tap is so architecturally perfect in its proportions, so much so the kettle will never fill to a respectable volume because of the angle it has to be held at. The sumptuous rugs greatly complemented the warm wooden floors, except that they also tripped the hell out of anyone who kicks over a corner. The numerous switches were some of the most original I’ve ever laid eyes on, but Mr Starck forgot about a master switch to turn them all on at once. And the bathroom deserves an honorable mention. I slipped and hit against the walls adorned with atmospheric red clay tiles, incurring a cut in the process. On the plus side, they have some of the coolest hotel work uniforms I have ever seen, and the nutcracker contraptions laid out in the lobby offered some mindless respite when the coolness got too much to bear.

Reception staff are rude and impatient. They exhibited lack of professionalism and engaged in an altercation with me when I tried to ask questions about extending my stay by a couple more days. They actually told me to go somewhere else. They claimed that my card did not work for enable a preauthorization and that I had paid a low rate. When I suggested to swipe or give them cash, the lady receptionist did not want to do it. She kept saying we could try later. When the male receptionist came on the shift later in the day, he said I needed to pay cash and that they were fully booked and could not give me two more days before my departure as my schedule had changed. Even if they think they are fully booked, it is only because of the location and that people need somewhere to stay. Nothing professional in their conduct. I was booked for only one more extra night instead of the two that I had requested for the 17th of July. How unfortunate that I had to stand up for myself as they tried to make me feel unwelcome for them to even consider giving me an extra night upon my return from Italy. They need to calm down.

This was a lovely clean hotel with all amenities just a few steps from the Champs Elysees. Really comfortable beds, we had deluxe rooms with sofa, chairs and table. Couldn’t fault it. Had drinks in the bar which was expensive but would recommend hotel.

Perfect location close to the Eiffel Tower and all transportation. Hotel was very clean, all staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good with a large selection of hot & cold items, even eating gluten free I had many options. Rooms are small - but that’s typical in Europe and the bed was very comfortable. Small fridge in room to save leftovers or chill water. Would definitely recommend!

Very different. The rooms are decorated depending on which mortal sin floor you are on. We were on the floor of fury. The room looked like something out of a horror film. It was great! The staff were really nice with us. I would definitely come back, but stay on a different floor.

Our stay here at Hotel Les Rives de Notre-Dame, was like a breath of fresh air. We walked up to a small door facing the Seine, greeted by such a warm staff, Eliza, who welcomed us as if we were friends who came over to stay. We were surprised to be upgraded to the best room in the hotel for our 1 night stay. The room in the article was outstanding, every detail well thought of, the view from the attic windows, the little roller shades to block out light and for privacy, the bathrooms, closets and even the curtains to separate the bed from the living area. Beautiful, cozy and warm hospitality from everyone. Dino helped us with the checkout . He was so helpful and even bid us farewell as if we were friends leaving his home. I’d stay here again for sure. So lovely, we really didn’t want to leave. Thank you, very much.

Stunningly spacious hotel in a beautiful quarter of Paris. The staff were exceptionally helpful at all times and the room was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and had all necessary amenities. Hotel was situated well to explore all of Paris and was in great walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars for the evening. Although situated near the bars from the room you could not hear anything. Surprisingly peaceful hotel rooms which made for a great nights sleep. Will certainly return and stay here again. Easy 5* hotel. The room service was fantastic too. Thanks very much for a perfect stay.

This was my third time at this hotel! I stated here with my mom for 8 nights. Thierry and his team are great! I highly recommend this hotel! The location is very close to the metro, great restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. It’s a very quiet area! Beds are very comfortable and rooms are very clean. They also arrange taxi service to and from the airport for an extra fee. Breakfast is so good and delicious!
