Great super clean hotel, super friendly owner, helpful staff, strategically located. Restaurant next door serves great food at economical price. Botanical garden, tibetian market n commercial Street are walkable. Other sight seeing places are easily accessible by vehicle. The owner Mr. Maria dass converses well and helps to finalise places of visit, also does his bit to keep the guests happy. If you are in Ooty go ahead with Hotel Carnation, it's the best choice within the city.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The reception was full of flies, and the room smelled like cigarettes. The cleaning wasn’t professional, and fresh towels were not given due to problems with their dryer. The air conditioning stopped working at times, and the staff stopped picking up the phone. Additionally, the landline in the room was not working, and there was no antiseptic solution in the first aid kit, which is a very basic thing to keep. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.

One of the best spot around thiruparappu...Rooms are very neat and staffs are so friendly and the environment inside the Resort will blow your mind 🤗🤗👍👍 Don't miss it when you're going to thiruparappu falls for a trip and the main thing is the distance between the false and the resort is only a walking distance so it will be more helpful for old age peoples also 🤗👍

We stayed few hours only. Welcoming was good. We had pleasant stay. Only thing it is located at interior. Since i am a local, i can locate the address easily. But outsiders it is difficult. Receptionist was helpful and his behaviour is good. Overall it is good to stay.

The room overall was average and could have been better. Dust could have been cleaned well. It was a non ac room with one window located on the third floor next to the hotels laundry area. Privacy wise we dint have much trouble. Heater facility is not available. Only one charging port so if you are three people sharing the room then you have to take turns to charge. Breakfast was complimentary but will not be provided before 8. 30am for which you can order only after 7am. We chose to check out without breakfast because of such constraints. Otherwise as per other reviews they did provide dental kits, soap n towels
