I personally very enjoy the family and the homestay. they have run a great place where I can have my both privatecy and assistant. Piseth is always very help full to give us all the answer we need. I very like the way on Telegram communication which i feel very fast and convenience. I can order tuk tuk, breakfast and dinner via telegram which is great. I enjoy my time and 100 % recommended.

Гостиница была потрясающая, всего 11 номеров, и за все время пребывания там у меня сложилось впечатление, что я отдыхаю одна. Прекрасная зеленая территория, отличный бассейн, огромная просторная комната с ванной прям внутри. Спасибо персоналу - меня заселили раньше положенного времени, помогли с оплатой за тук тук и разрешили оставить вещи в промежутке между выселением и рейсом. Что можно было бы улучшить - меня не встретили утром с автобусного вокзала (а трансфер указывался при бронировании), слабо ловит вайфай, не было шампуней, полотенец и прочих принадлежностей, уборку номера всегда приходилось просить, персонал не сразу убирал тарелки на территории после завтрака, часто приходилось ходить и искать персонал, когда возникали вопросы. Но, в целом, впечатления отличные, во второй раз - я бы точно приехала.

Stop looking! Book your stay in Siem Reap here! A pleasant 15 min walk from the center of town. There is a restaurant at the hotel (also very good) and in the nearby area if you don’t feel like going to town. Stayed here for six months, was very pleased. Adam and Larry (run the hotel) are always there, love to chat, and happy to help. There is always something social going on that is easy to engage in, whether it be live music, chatting with other guests or petting Tessa (their dog).

First and foremost, the peaceful location of the property was a real asset. It allowed us to enjoy a month of tranquil relaxation, away from the daily hustle and bustle. The peaceful nights we spent in your comfortable beds were particularly appreciated, thanks to the absence of any noise disturbances. The room's decoration was extremely pleasant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a significant advantage, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. We also wanted to highlight your responsiveness as a host. Your availability and willingness to help greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable and worry-free. The free and secure parking was another positive point, offering additional peace of mind. Overall, our month spent at your place was a fantastic experience, and we sincerely thank you for your exceptional hospitality. Me quedé dos noches en este pequeño, pero acojedor hotel/hostel durante mi estadía en Siem Reap. Precio imbatible y uno de los mejores dorms, por no decir el mejor, en el que he estado. Camas comodísimas(con su consecuente cambio de sábana diario), con cortina alrededor en 360 grados para total privacidad. Luz propia y dos tomas de corriente. Dos baños y dos duchas a compartir por habitación de 8, lo que evita saturaciones. Luz y temperaturas ( aire acondicionado) óptimas. El personal super atento y agradable. Opción de desayuno más que correcta y pequeña pero fresca piscina, que se agradece después de un día de paseo sofocante por Angkor Wat.

One of the worst thing you can do to customers is lying to them. It was confusing with booking. Didn’t make clear. Booked a villa with 2 bedrooms and end up getting 2 villas with 2 bedrooms. Found out when checking in and non refundable. Front desk said he’ll look into it and see what he can do. Customer service said I need to cancel that reservation in order to clarify I don’t need the room and easier to deal with refund if possible. 2 days into stay, got words from them that owner ok to give me back 50%. I can get the refund back to my card and or deduct the restaurant bills. On last day, my sister came to meet me for dinner. I told them they should just stay the night and see angler wat in morning. Told them to come check my hotel and ask them if they like it if any rooms avail. They charge them for the room that I paid for already, and then when I checked out, they said for me to pay for the bills from restaurant separate and that the owner will refund the 50% separately to make it easy. Never got the refund and they are not responding. I hate supporting places that lies and do this to their guests.this breaks my heart as I’m Khmer and I want so much for my people. On a side note here’s the pro and cons if you still choose to stay here. Kinda hard to find. And google map will direct you into wrong entrance. The place is build aside the sewage canal. The place is nice when you get in. All that green however are grown in swamp water. Mosquitoes mosquitoes mosquitoes!!!! You would think that they would have mosquito nets in each room, But this is not the case. All the boardwalk planks are old and you will trip if you space out and not mind your steps. Extremely poor plumbing, and our toilet keeps unclogging. The food is expensive but not good. It’s not so bad where you can’t eat it but definitely catered to foreign travelers unfamiliar with good Khmer food

I have stayed there for 2 nights with my husband. It gives us a good memory from that place. Both villa and pool are clean, and all the staffs there are polite. We really enjoy swimming every morning, and walking around the villa. It's awesome place :)

VERY SPACIOUS bungalows,extremely friendly & helpful staff.A little bit on the outskirt of town but it’s manageable.The pool is operational again & the gym is alright also.Ps.: if you need a driver do yourself a favour and ask for Sony.

Vi consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare nella Guest House di Sam So a Siem Reap. Il proprietario è una delle persone più gentili e disponibili del mondo! Come guida dei templi di Angkor è preparatissimo, simpatico e conosce tantissime lingue. Vi farà vivere l’esperienza migliore che potete provare in questo luogo stupendo, facendovi scoprire la vera cultura cambogiana anche con tappe fuori dai soliti tour turistici. Consigliatissimo!

Had a long weekend with the family (18 of us) and it was absolutely superb. Fred, our brilliant host, was so accommodating organising trips to the temples and other activities, even with our plans changing every 5 minutes. Nothing was a problem. The food was great, and staff were super friendly and highly competent. The accommodation was lovely and had a very relaxed a**osphere. The pools were glorious. Location was great being so close to the airport and the availability of transport put on by the hotel, either via Tuktuk of bus, was so simple and convenient. We also made use of the bicycles which was great fun. All in all, an absolute triumph.
