I booked a room with access the the pool. My family and I both loved it. The room and the pool are well design and clean. The main pool is nice too and very instagramable. The buffet breakfast has a variety of choice and we can order from the menu. The only down side is the beach. But I still recommend this hotel to everyone.

We came for our honeymoon we were amazed with the hotel view the staff also from nancy that she checked us in and explain in details every thing she also came with to the villa to make sure that everything was fine. Breakfast was amazing lucky was very very nice along with nat there service was amazing all the staff were very friendly the chef also are accommodating and smiling I will not forget also WK from sales she made sure that our honeymoon goes prefect Emmy helped us a-lot with all the information around the city she gave us a very good recommendations Iyan made sure to book for us in the jungle village even it was hard to find a place and also a transportation going to the massage in ritz and also to the restaurant The bogy driver nine very smily and accommodating every time taking us to the room or from the room Over all the staff of the hotel made our honeymoon very special thank you so much everyone

Sangat bagus, semuanya. Suasana yang baik, hotel yang bersih, pemandangan yang indah, nilai yang baik untuk wang, tetapi perjalanan ke tempat penginapan agak curam. Selepas memasuki penginapan, sukar untuk datang ke pelbagai pantai di bawah. Dan isu perkhidmatan kurang sedikit Bermaksud bahawa apabila dia tidak sihat, Pada waktu awal hari, saya ingin meminta ubat dari kaunter penerimaan. Tetapi tidak boleh menghubungi langsung Teksi tidak boleh dihubungi. Terpaksa biarkan kawan di bawah Cari teksi untuk diambil untuk membeli ubat sendiri. Susah nak balik. Tetapi secara keseluruhan, penginapannya sangat bagus.

This is my 4th visit and this is still a top notch place to stay in Chaweng. Same friendly staff and chilled vibe, with a location that sits just on the edge of the busy part of Chaweng township but also enough out of it to not be caught up in the hubbub. It has great bungalows and offers access to the best part of Chaweng beach. Breakfast is varied (the Thai food is delicious) and should suit most tastes. Has definitely set a high standard for accommodation in samui. If I had to find something that could be improved I would say it's time for a refresh of the basics like pillows, towels, sheets etc. They are all OK and it shouldn't stop you staying here but could do with an update. The channel selection on the TV has also been minimised over the various visits I've been so there is virtually no English TV, which is no that big of a deal. I also noticed my linen wasnt changed the whole time (12 days) I was there - it could have been a mistake and I probably should have mentioned it. I would still choose to stay here.

I had an incredible 2-night stay at Best World Vision Villa in Koh Samui. The hospitality was superb from start to finish. The view from the villa was breathtaking, and the pool was sparkling clean. The rooms were beautifully done up and very comfortable. One highlight was the BBQ seafood dinner we requested. It was prepared with a classy table setting and featured more than 8 delicious dishes, just for the two of us. The whole team was exceptional, with Mr. Joey and Seyha coordinating our stay flawlessly. I highly recommend booking their villa’s driver, as he is very experienced with the challenging mountain roads. Driving there can be quite dangerous for someone unfamiliar with the area. For convenience, you can also order Grab food delivery, but be mindful to do so when it’s not raining, as the steep roads can be slippery for the riders. They also have an in-villa dining menu, which offers excellent service and delicious options. Despite being very affordable, this villa provides the best views and an outstanding overall experience. I can’t wait to return!

Pen's is amazing. I've visited a few times over the years and it never disappoints. The staff are wonderful, the food is spot on (Anna is a whizz in the kitchen!), and the location cannot be beaten - feet in the sand, you can chill out all day long here. They have a variety of room styles, all excellent. They also have one of the best dive clubs I've ever dived with right onsite. Once you arrive, you'll want for nothing - go and enjoy every minute! Des Pandora Resort am Chaweng Neach hat uns angesprochen, weil wir über Booking.com so gute Rezensionen gelesen haben. Der Haken dabei ist, genauso wie hier bei Tripadvisor, dass diese Rezensionen schon älter sind. Und un-verständlicherweise gibt es auch neuere Rezensionen, die diese Anlage als sehr gut bezeichnen. Warum ist mir ein Rätsel? Wir waren im Februar hier und sind sehr enttäuscht gewesen. Am liebsten hätten wir wieder storniert, was aber nicht ging. Die Anlage wirkte ungepflegt, die Farben verblichen. Die Rezeption war eine Rumpelkammer unser Zimmer war recht bunt und die Wandformen eher verwirrend. Meine Freundin stieß sich sofort den Kopf an einem Quer Bogen über dem Bett. Das Badezimmer war eine absolute Zumutung. Das Warmwasser funktionierte nicht oder nicht ausreichend. Außerdem war der Klodeckel derartig widerlich alt und gebrechlich. Dieser gehörte längst ausgetauscht. Der Bad Lüfter war höllisch laut und eigentlich unbrauchbar. Die gesamte Beleuchtung im Zimmer und im Bad war unterirdisch. Die Klimaanlage hatte zu geringe Wirkung. Eigentlich war jedes technische Teil irgendwie abgenutzt. Das Betreiber Ehepaar war sehr nett und zuvorkommend , aber bei der Hilfe um Warmwasser, dann doch nur halb bemüht. Eigentlich gehört die Wohnanlage abgerissen und erneuert. Die Fotos in den Werbedarstellungen der Anlage wirken frisch und die Anlage irgendwie in Ordnung wenn man dann live dort ist es denn leider nicht so. Vermutlich hat die Coronazeit alles runtergezogen. Für über 65 € pro Tag viel zu teier und nur ärgerlich. Ich würde dringend von einer Buchung abraten.

What a magical place. Stayed in the honeymoon sweet with huge pool and stunning views. Great outdoor space. Spotlessly clean with top appliances in the full kitchen. Nespresso machine with ample pods for your stay. Basic cooking ingredients, salt pepper oil etc. Good lounge area, with Netflix free on both bedroom and lounge tvs. Fast efficient wifi throughout. Eldor takes you through everything in the beginning and then responds immediately to any questions or requests…great job! It is a little bit out so a scooter or car is definitely beneficial. The only issue I had and it is purely a personal one…. Bed is latex and I found it too hard but apart from that I could not fault our wonderful relaxing stay at magic suites. Thankyou Eldor, we highly recommend your lovely place 👍

When we arrived at Tolani resort we had known previous that some construction was going to be taking place but what we hadn’t been informed of was that nearly all of the other villas in the resort seemed to be under reconstruction . We hadn’t been told until arrival that the pool and restaurant would be closed. Also upon arrival we were informed that reception staff are only on the premises till 5pm, meaning we were left on our own all night with no staff on site or no security in a very secluded area. This made us feel very unsafe and uneasy especially since it seemed that we were the only people staying at the property as we saw no other guests on site. The room was outdated and there were small flies flying around the room making it seem a bit dirty. The room had one working light which was in the corner of the room by the door (at the other side of the room no where near the bed) so as it started to get later in the day the room was in darkness. We tried turning on the two lights at the side of the bed but when we switched these on they immediately went off again and it made the other light go off. The switch also made a loud crackling sound which made us feel very uneasy as it was clear there was a problem with the electrics! Also on the sliding door of the villa there was a gap at the top of the door meaning the door didn’t exactly close properly so any kind of insects could come in or even make it easy for someone to break in! We already had two lizards come into the room in the space of a few hours. In the end as it got to 7pm and we were in darkness in the room we decided it wasn’t worth the feeling of being unsafe and we looked for a new hotel to book which is inconvenient to us as we are travelling around for a few weeks and didn’t want to have to spend unnecessary money. We found a new hotel and left. This ‘resort’ should not be open to the public especially when under reconstruction. The whole place gave an eerie vibe and felt like an abandoned establishment that should be shut down. There was no feeling of security there as no staff were on site over night and anyone could’ve had access to the area. We paid over 400€ to stay here and it most definitely is not worth that money at all especially when it ended up costing us way more as we had to move elsewhere. Thankfully we got a refund but this place should be avoided at all costs. It seems from other reviews the place has been under construction for some time now which makes it seem like an excuse for how badly it is being run.
