Roaming DogHotel is about 10 minutes drive from charlottetown city centre. A 2 minute drive will get you to a few food outlets and a Cows Creamerie which is a must try ice cream when visiting PEI. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable with plenty of free parking. The breakfast area is large and comfortable with plenty of seating. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I visit PEI again.

Wonderful grounds and walkways. Spacious rooms some with outside patios and great views. Front desk staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Only one restaurant was open due to the time of year and end o the season. The food selection was limited to bar food. That was a little disappointing, but we would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice, and the property have a view of the river, but the outside area was a little disappointing. The back of the hotel had RVs there and that area was unkept. The font facing the river was a wood boardwalk that had chairs but there was no privacy. Again the room had a well appointed kitchen and the living area was nice. This motel would be best suited for longer stays when cooking in was important.

Centrally located for touring PEI, with everything you will need for an extended stay. We used the laundry twice during our stay, and the owner provided us with a great map showing many of the local spots that aren't in the typical tourist guides, including a fantastic place to watch the sunset.
We had a very relaxing stay, and really hope to stay here again.

The bartender we had, Baylee, was great. Food was very good. Only disappointment was being woken up at 8:00 as they were doing renovations. Felt like the banging from hammers was in my room. Front desk didn’t give a crap about it. Check out time is at 11. That’s when renovations should start!

This hotel is expensive during peak summer season, and the breakfast is mediocre, especially during peak season. There aren't many hotel options in this area, so it's hard to come here in the summer. The high prices are unacceptable, but it's definitely not worth the price this summer. It's convenient to everything, and it's relatively new! The shower water is good, but the air conditioning is noisy! Unless you turn it off completely.
