Hotel Dengan Kolam di Trat, Thailand

First time book this hotel but many time visited koh chang. Hotel location is not really good in term of beach area. It is in between the exit point of a small cannel so whenever i want to get to the sea, i need to walk to the near by hotel to enter the cleaner water. Staff and service are excellent. Breakfast quality is pretty decent compare to other hotels that im visiting.

Superb hotel to stay in, very family friendly, beautifully appointed rooms, great facilities, clean and well maintained. The pool and beach are superb and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant food and beach BBQ were terrific. The children loved every minute of their stay. We loved the fact it was so safe for the children...always someone there watching the water ...both beach and pool. Highly recommended and the views and scenery were gorgeous after a heavy rain tho

The hotel has its own beach. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. My room was spacious. However, so many ants were in my room. Water was not hot enough and water pressure was low in the shower. The bathroom had big glass window but the curtain could not be fully closed so that my friend could see me having a bath. TV had no signal so that I needed to ask the hotel to fix it.

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. Come to Koh Chang next time, Mercure is still our choice.

The resort is nice. It was well lit and very neat. The rooms are big. Had I known, I could have just booked 1 room and got an extra bed for my son so I didn't feel bad about paying more for this Songkran holiday. The staff were very accommodating. Our room didn't have toilet paper and tissue but we were given after we requested. The light bulb at the door alley didn't work but as soon as we informed them, it was attended right away. The staff were great. However, it just didn't fit out family. The pool was very wide and so inviting but it was deep for my children. It was difficult to climb up after a dip because the edges were rough. There was also a kids' pool but it was shallow for them. I would suggest this resort to those who swims well and who likes to swim olympic size pool. They'd definitely enjoy it. There was not so much to do so basically, it's a great time to just relax at the beach especially during sunset. They have an equipped gym (free to use) and a massage room (must pay of course). You can kayak for 100baht per hour, which we did to go to the island across the resort. There's happy hour in the afternoon. Breakfast isn't so bad. Before booking, upon reading reviews, I was excited for breakfast. It's good but it's just not the best compared to the other hotels we've stayed of the same price.. Overall, I think, based on the reviews I've read before booking, it is a great hotel, unfortunately, it just didn't fit our family's standard.

Kho Chang is a beautiful island covered with trees, mountains and waterfalls. There are perfect beaches on its western shore. On one of these is Coconut Beach Resort. It's scale and architecture suit this island. Some larger hotels there might as well be in overdeveloped cities. Accommodation is in clusters of two-story buildings innThai style, grouped around a beautiful swimming pool and tropical gardens. There are trees on the beach with hanging swings and womb chairs. The restaurant has tables at the edge of the beach. The Thai food is delicious - seafood in red curry, whole fish simmering at your table, grilled prawns - and there are cocktails to complete the holiday treat. Service is friendly and efficient.

This place is heaven on earth! The welcome at reception sets the tone for the rest of your stay! We arrived with back packs from Pattaya and We were treated like VIPs. Absolute top class! Staff are amazing! Food was amazing. The rooms are outstanding and the local town is warm and friendly! The random visits from monkeys is an amazing addition! But be aware, they actually do creep up on you and open your room doors!! Staff aren’t joking! We’ve stayed on many islands and many places in Thailand but our expectations were exceeded here. The grounds are well kept, the surroundings are superb! My only disappointment was that the tides were high so we didn’t have any beach during our stay! (No fault of Sylvan!) I just hope the cost doesn’t get too high that they price us out of spending another break there next year!

The Jacuzzi in the room is not good as the water jet does not really hit on the body. Breakfast was very good. Location wise it is walking distance to most restaurants and shops.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We paid £23 per night, and unfortunately paid in advance, this is a £10 per night room MAX!! Where to begin. Springs were coming through the mattress. Lights hanging out of the ceiling, live wall sockets broken and live wires showing. Live wires exposed on fuse box. The room was smelly with raw sewage, tap and sink were wobbly in bathroom, TV didn't work, and the fridge was rusty inside and smelly. Do not ( and I repeat ) do not go in the swimming pool, it is not filtered or cleaned. Outside roof above our room was falling down, and bits would fall on you when it was windy. Staff were non existent, and room was not cleaned. Also don't expect to get any sleep, loud terrible music until 5 am, basically it's a bar with some dirty rooms out the back. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

They have many variants of each room type , but they use a collection of photos from each room to create ”one room”. This means when you arrive your room won't be as you expected it. Our ”suite” was sold with pictures (and description) as being a Thai style house, with separate living area, a sun drenched reading area / lounge, and a double sized outdoor sun lounging terrace. £95 a night (half price apparently, according to ***********). The reality was one large bedroom, one bathroom. No lounge. The far walls were painted breeze block with a TV attached that you cant realistically watch unless standing. No phone. Nothing. Very basic for £95. Sun deck half the size of the photos. My complaints were met with confusion by a teenage reception trainee. I got the distinct feeling I was not the first to complain. The photos sold a wooden panelled Thai house with sun room. We got a very large square largely-empty room. Excitement of a treat turned to disappointment. We eventually got moved to a private pool suite. Nice room (way way nicer then the other) but the pool is on the shaded side, facing the road and a ***** / ****** club. A novelty as you won't use it other than first thing in the morning when it gets the sun ( the pool , not the *******). We subsequently downgraded to a garden view room which was, in fairness, lovely. The beach is superb. Clear water, gets deep fairly fast. Nice swings and hammocks. The bar staff are lovely and could not do enough to help. Always willing to extend happy hour :-) special thanks to Yoyo and his dark haired friend who were a joy to deal with. The food is fine but severely limited. Fried rice 10 ways, or chicken nuggets. It's a crying shame as the beach bar empties before 9pm. There is so much more on offer only yards away down the road. The food offering is cut back and lazy. The top infinity pool is stunning,and often,you are the only ones there. Dec 2022 and they had not filled it completely until a week of being here . One one occasion we went up to find three divers doing their PADI in the pool. Rather cheeky! The bottom pool is unused. Tips: do not let the young trainee take any kind of bookings. I'm going to call her ”smiles a lot”. Smiles A Lot will give you a firm price for extending your stay after being on the phone to her boss, down to the last baht. When you go to move rooms she will deny you had an entire conversation the previous day, smile, blink, smile, and ignore there is any issue. Her colleague said ”she is just a trainee”, we said, ” we now have nowhere to stay.!!”. Useless. After two years of no trade, I get it, they are recovering, but this place is fairly run down. It took a week for large tubs of building materials to be removed from the top pool area. They are getting there though. It improves every day. The family po

Hôtel très pratique pour une étape. Bien placé, il est proche (5 mn à pied) du marché nocturne qui propose de très bons produits (alimentaires) et si vous venez en bus de Bangkok, vous pouvez vous faire déposer au carrefour, ce qui vous évite une longue marche depuis la gare routière. L'hôtel est dans un renfoncement, donc tranquille. Une mini-supérette à côté de la réception, ouverte 24h/24, s'est révélée très utile lorsqu'il a fallu se ravitailler en eau en pleine nuit. Les chambres sont correctes et fonctionnelles (frigo, TV, climatisation, petit balcon).. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix (l'hôtel est bon marché).

The peaceful and quiet atmosphere is everything - perfect for a beach getaway. The guestrooms are spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are comfy. Staff are friendly and attentive. The service is impeccable. Make a booking in advance if you want to have a spa or massage. It may not be available on weekdays.

Was a little shock that I was alone in this property but let me tell you this… it’s SAFE and CLEAN! No hesitation in booking this place! I will be back again for sure!!! Love my pool room. I hope I will still get a room next time after I leave my review here 😜 And, I visited a newest and chic cafe in Trat called Half A Hund. Nice place, good coffee and photogenic interior!☕️ Check it out if you are here.

Check in with passport, vaccine certificate and payment. Reception staff helpful. They were able to book my boat ticket to Koh Kood and taxi to the pier. Everything was clean and well maintained. Comfortable looking room, everything worked just fine. The breakfast buffet was adequate. One can only laugh at how paranoid the government has made the people over wearing the mask while the rest of the world gets on with life. Unfortunately, I did not have a good night'ssleep, no thanks to many Thai guests slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway from well before my wake up time. I was even woken up for a third time by three Thai women knocking on my door. They had the wrong room but no courtesy of an apology forthcoming for disturbing my sleep. Just be aware that Trat city is really spread out in area. Google Maps seems to show no matter where you are you need your own transport or rely on taxis.

Li calla appears brand new, is impeccably clean, very nice big modern rooms with good beds and must be said to be very good value. A little remote and has no restaurant but if you are by far restaurants nearby. As so often in Thailand staff is very friendly and helpful.

Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage am Wasser, netter Mangroven Weg. Personal ausgesprochen nett....Man kann sich am Pool nett entspannen. Das Essen im. Restaurant nicht sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren nur wenige Gäste, so dass die Küche nicht frisch zubereitet wurde. Die Stadt Trat hat nicht allzu viel zu bieten, aber ruhig und besinnlich, keine Hektik.

... we (2 couples) booked a room with balcony - not get a balcony ! Also after I claim at the reception , the guy not in all interested at our issue. (also not, when I show him the booking, as attached) The rooms are rarely maintained... After a lock down season , it should be been much better ! So, the pool was clean and but we not get any food , even not snack arround and after lunchtime, also at evening Put Aircon at room not worked properly, so we must cset up o 20 C for got comfortable. I ask for Icecream , aswer was 40 thb , by checkout they charge me 60 thb ! ... So , only when you not have any other choices, than book this hotel... but I NOT recommend !!!

Da wir die Fähre nach Koh Kood nicht mehr bekommen haben wir 1 Nacht in dieser Unterkunft übernachtet. Ich muss sagen es war schlechteste Unterkunft die wir je hatten. Ich habe nichts gegen einfache Unterkünfte aber sauber sollten sie schon sein. Dies war aber hier nicht. Das Bad war ganz schlimm,sehr schmutzig und hat gestunken. Im Zimmer roch es muffig. Das Schlimmste im Zimmer war das Bett. Das Bettlaken war verschlimmert und die Decke war nicht gewaschen. Es befanden sich darauf Spuren von Körperflüssigkeiten vom Vorgängen, die man nicht sehen will. Es war einfach nur ekelhaft!!!! Den Abholservice vom Flughafen konnten wir nicht Anspruch nehmen da wir wegen einer Flugverspätung den Anschlussflug verpasst haben. Da wir uns ein Taxi ab Bangkok nehmen mussten , kamen wir erst gegen 20.00 Uhr an. Es gab nur noch 50 m weiter einen kleinen Laden wo man sich noch etwas zu trinken kaufen konnten. Abendessen konnte man nirgendwo mehr. Frühstück gab es in der Unterkunft. Es bekam jeder Toast, Marmelade, 1 Spiegelei und 2 Würstchen und einen Teller Obst. Kaffee usw konnte man sich aus dem Automaten holen. Fazit: Für uns wäre es besser gewesen 1 Nacht in Bangkok zu bleiben und dann zeitig mit Bus oder Taxi direkt zum Pier zu fahren.Diese Unterkunft würden wir auf keinem Fall nochmal buchen

Интересное местоположение , на лодке доставляют к отелю. В окружении мангровых лесов. Возле отеля полноценного пляжа нет, плюс надо ориентироваться на приливы -отливы . По соседству пляж с популярной инста локацией- пальмой в воде, добраться туда можно только на каяках или лодке. Рядом располагается живописный коралловый риф , за символическую плату отель организует туда трансфер на лодке поснорклить с инструктором. Обязательно мимо ходом стоит посетить соседний с рифом мини остров где нет ничего кроме кафе на берегу с местным колоритом- свежевыловленная рыба, которую тут же впоймают и пожарят, морские ежи , фешенебельные рестораны подождут -потому что почилить в таком месте это отдельный вид удовольствия и новые впечатления в копилку гарантированы. В ресторане отеля кухня готовит быстро, но официанты до безобразия нерасторопны. А заказывая на завтрак омлет БЕЗ лука, готовьтесь получить омлет ТОЛЬКО из лука😂😂 такой уж соли миста) влажность в таком месте надо понимать максимально высокая, постель всегда влажная . Ванная комната подкачала, в подвальном помещении, простецкий рукомойник и палка душа, нет косметических принадлежностей , в частности зубных щеток😳 Где их искать , если понадеявшись на звездный отель с собой и не взял, хочется поинтересоваться у отеля , а до ближайших хоть каких то магазинов только плыть на лодках 🤔 По определенным дням на территории проходят фаер шоу. 🔥Мы попали в один из дней , очень понравилось . Молодцы парни! И наконец массаж - он был потрясающий , по праву зе бест Ин Таиланд ! Массируют в отдельно стоящем шалаше с видом на море , это способствует расслаблению, плюс массажистки отлично владеют техникой . Записываться надо сильно сильно заранее, оно и понятно. Новым впечатлениям от посещения этого места однозначно быть!

Une honte! Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Suanya pour passer quelques jours au calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas…. À la découverte du cadre nous avons été enchanté cet enchantement s’est très vite transformé en déception puis en colère. En effet la chambre qui nous a été proposé se trouvait être insalubre! Elle ne se situe pas dans le complexe de l’hôtel mais à l’extérieur dans un bâtiment qui ne donne aucune envie d’y entrer! Aucune fenêtre, un « balcon » donnant sur les égouts! La salle de bain était le pire de cette « chambre » présence de saletés de moisissures et de rouilles sur la porte et la robinetterie! L’aération donnant sur les égouts des vagues d’odeur immonde imprégnaient la pièce, de plus la présence de trous laissaient tout le loisir aux divers insectes d’investir notre « chambre ». Le lit n’avait pas de couverture nous en avons demandé et nous avons eu le droit à un plaid et une serviette… Nous avons demandé au personnel de changer de chambre mais pour seul réponse nous avons eu « c’est complet! ». Le personnel n’a eu aucune considération pour notre bien être, peu aimable dans toute circonstances. Nous avons donc quitté l’hôtel plus tôt pour trouver meilleur et dans des prix similaires! A fuir!

Hotel ini terletak agak jauh dari pusat, tetapi tidak kritikal, terdapat kedai berdekatan dengan semua yang anda perlukan. Kawasan hotel ini bersih, terdapat banyak katak yang menjerit di kawasan berpaya bersebelahan dengan rumah. Hotel ini bukan baru dan anda boleh merasainya dengan jelas. Tuala dicuci. Pantainya cantik - 5! Kakitangan sangat baik. Hotel ini menyewa basikal dengan harga 350 baht. Sarapan pagi membosankan. Bukan apa yang anda panggil sederhana, tetapi juga tidak terlalu banyak. Berbaloi pergi ke air terjun, ke pokok teh terbesar dan ke pelabuhan untuk makan di restoran laut.

Потрясающий пляж! Территория отеля - ухоженный сад, очень красиво. Отличные завтраки! Цены не маленькие, но со скидками вполне приемлемое соотношение цена/качество. Отель давно без ремонта, но после пандемии заметен косметический ремонт и капитальная уборка. Хотя покрытие на верандах все еще требует замены - просто гвозди торчат местами - ребенка не пускали там бегать. Ресторан при отеле это наверно самое расстройство, цены супер высокие, качество еды низкое: за почти 500 бат (цена 400 +сборы +налоги), получили пиццу диаметром 30см из замороженного теста. Это фиаско, братан. В общем только пиво и то за 150бат. Инфраструктура на дороге в 800метрах есть вся и фрукты и кафешки и хоз.маг, но 800 метров в горку) можно попросить отельный транспорт подкинуть туда, но обратно пешком, правда уже с горки))) но почти без освещения. Каррче надо брать байк, 300бат сутки, кстати срвершенно новый. В целом для впечатлений райского уголка за 7900 руб./ ночь - самое то!

What a hidden gem! We have been to Koh Mak before and this is the best hotel we have been staying on. We stayed on the hotel on the other side of the street but it was terrible so we changed to Islanda and I wished we had boked Islanda in the first place. It’s clean, no insects in the room, very good food, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is really good and the view - the best view in Koh Mak!! The hotel looks newly renovated now after covid and I really hope they keep this standard! We had the room with pool view and then we upgraded to the room with both pool view and sea view which both was amazing. The location is also great, really close to everything but still very calm (no dogs etc). We are going home tomorrow but if we go back to Koh Mak this is definitely the hotel we will stay on!

Nous avons choisi ce lieu sans trop connaître l’île de ko mak. L’hôtel est très agréable, environnement verdoyant, les huttes sont jolies et propres, la piscine est un grand plus et agréable. Le seul souci est qu’il faut louer un scooter pour se déplacer, ce qui a été fait en passant par l’hôtel.

This is a newly opened place Not all rooms are open yet be under construction The staff here are very kind Service education, very well minded We wanted to stay here longer, I only said that the hotel has no rooms But there were definitely vacancies in our eyes I don't know why they don't make reservations That was a bit disappointing If I visit this island again, I want to visit again The food at the restaurant tastes good, The price is too high It doesn't matter if it's expensive You'll have to prepare something for the price Whether it's increasing the amount of food or plenching, I need to make a difference

Do not stay here if you are a couple with no kids. My wife and I did not realize this is a very child oriented resort. If you want to drink by the pool or the beach and decompress, there will be lots of children around. It ruins the peace and serenity of a vacation. The views are beautiful. Absolutely lovely. If you decided that kids are your thing and you like Disney world, this is probably your pace. The staff and service is fantastic and the food is wonderful. There is no beach. It’s all rocks. The few places you can swim, garbage collects in those areas from the ocean (no fault of the resort). Plan accordingly.

منذ وصولنا للمطار الدولي تم استقبالنا و ارشادنا لطائرة سونيفا كانت تجربة خاصة وجميلة تم الاحتفاء بنا واستقبالنا عند وصولنا للجزيرة ، الفيلا جميلة ونظيفة و اطلالة الفيلا خرافية ، الفيلا مجهزة بجميع التجهيزات السمعية والبصرية ، ادوات الاستحمام ( شامبو ، بلسم ، مستخلص الصبار لبعد الشمس .... ) يوجد خدمة غسل و كوي الملابس بدون تحديد عدد القطع مقابل التبرع بمبلغ 10 دولارات ، تم طلب الطعام في الغرفة من خلال تطبيق سونيفا و تم توصيل الاكل في الوقت المحدد وكان الاكل حار ولذيذ - يوجدة عدة مطاعم في المنتجع و الاكل لذيذ وشهي لقد قمنا بتجربة السينما في الهواء الطلق وكان المكان جدا جميل و منظم ويقدمون لك البوب كورن مجانا ، كذلك قمنا بزيارة عالم الفلك ورأينا القمر عبر التلسكوب الخاص بالفلك كل شي في المنتجع جميل ولديهم سياسة ( no news , no shoes ) من التجارب الجميلة و اللطيفة و التي جعلتنا نستمتع بكل ثانية في المنتجع قمنا بتجربة خدمة السبا ( زرت العديد من السبا في العالم ) ولكن كانت المعالجة جدا احترافية و خبيرة في ازالة تشنج الاكتاف ( انصح بزيارة مركز السبا ) كل شي جميل في المنتجع ،، تجربة مميزة ولا تنسى

We had a great stay at Makathanee! We splurged and had a beach view bungalow … which was amazing! The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfy, the view was amazing and the sound of the surf was loud. The resort grounds are pretty and well maintained. We never went to the pool but walked by and nobody was there. The chairs on the grass by the beach were always full. The beach was clean and inviting and the water was warm. Good things: nice (10/10) staff, good breakfast, nice restaurant on the roof and good location. We had a few meals nearby on the street and rented a bike to explore the island. We also enjoyed the restaurants and bars on the beach nearby. You are not isolated at this resort. Not so good things: the only thing we didn’t like was the old, broken chairs on our patio and on the grass. Not that important- but something they could plan to replace. Great location, peaceful but not boring, great facility
