THESE TERMS: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (“Trip.com”). By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general Terms&Conditions[Trip.com-Flights, Hotels, and Attractions&Tours]and the decisions of Trip.com.
PROMOTION PLATFORM: Trip.com mobile website and app (version 7.47.2 or higher).
PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion starts on [Nov 14, 2024 at 23:00 (GMT+7)] and ends on [Dec 31, 2024 at 22:59 (GMT+7)] (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) except for the Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay Adult Ticket (Buy One Get One Free) offer (“CW BOGO Offer”).
The CW BOGO Offer starts from Nov 20, 2024 at 11:00 (GMT+7) until stocks last and the quota for the CW BOGO Offer will renew at 11:00 every subsequent Wednesday (i.e. Nov 27, Dec 4, Dec 11, and Dec 18) during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBLE USERS: Trip.com registered users (“Eligible Users”).
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: This Promotion includes limited-time offers (on a first come, first served, while stocks last basis and subject to further limitations, terms and conditions stated herein) on a range of products from hotels, tours, tickets and flights (“Promotional Products”) including daily flash sale items as well as discounts and offers on the Promotional Products ("Offers"). CW BOGO OFFER:
a. Every Wednesday during the Promotion Period on Nov 20, Nov 27, Dec 4, Dec 11, and Dec 18, 2024 at 11:00 (GMT+7), 30 sets of Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay Adult Ticket (Buy One Get One Free) offer will become available, on a first-come, first served, until stocks last basis. b. Each Eligible User may access the CW BOGO Offer only once (i.e. one (1) order per Eligible User) and an Eligible User who has successfully accessed and ordered the CW BOGO Offer will receive a free Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay Adult Ticket with their order.
VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: The Promotional Products are valid only on or for the date(s) specified for use on the products (if any). The validity of the Promotional Products cannot be extended beyond the specified date(s). If there are no date(s) specified, the Promotional Products are only valid for use during the Promotion Period (unless otherwise stated). Please note that the admission dates for Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay are subject to the booking calendar published by Gardens by the Bay. RESTRICTIONS:
a. Unless otherwise specified, Promotional Products are non-refundable. Booking information cannot be modified once the booking has been made. Please check these details carefully before making a booking. b. The Promotional Products and Offers are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis (please refer to the provisions on CW BOGO Offer for specific terms (including the quota, quantities and the number of orders pemitted) on the Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay Adult Ticket (Buy One Get One Free) offer). Please note that if the quota for a Promotional Product or Offer has been fully purchased, used up or exhausted at the time of payment for order, that Promotional Product will not be available and the Offer will be invalid. Please place your order promptly. If your order is cancelled or changed, you may not be able to enjoy the Offer again. c. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. d. The Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
