Terms and Conditions for the UOB and Trip.com – Onboard Credit on the Disney Adventure Campaign

Campaign Overview
The UOB and Trip.com - Onboard Credit on the Disney Adventure Campaign offers eligible customers USD80 Onboard Credit on the Disney Adventure when they make a qualified Disney Cruise Line (DCL), the Disney Adventure booking through participating Trip.com with a UOB card. The campaign period, criteria, and terms are outlined below.

1. Campaign Period
• Start Date: 1 July 2026
• End Date: 31 December 2026
• Geographical Coverage: Open to residents of Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

2. Eligibility Criteria
• Booking Value: A minimum booking value of RM4,500 on Disney Cruise Line, the Disney Adventure is required for eligibility. Only bookings that meet this minimum value are eligible for the reward.
• Payment Method: Bookings must be paid in full using a UOB credit/debit card. Partial payments or alternative payment methods will not qualify for the campaign.
• Booking Confirmation: The DCL booking must be confirmed at the time of fulfillment to qualify for the reward.
• First-Come, First-Served Basis: Rewards are limited to the first 50 eligible bookings on Trip.com and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Onboard credits are limited to the 1st 50 redemptions per month.

3. Reward Details
• Reward: Each qualifying customer will receive USD80 Onboard Credit on Disney Adventure.
• Fulfillment: Rewards will be fulfilled starting in July, dependent on booking period and sailing date.
• Onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be applied toward onboard purchases made during the eligible Disney Adventure sailing.
• Onboard credit (including any unused portion) cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a future cruise credit.
• Onboard credit will be awarded in USD, and applied to, and viewable from, the room account folio only after successful boarding of the primary guest.
• Onboard credit can be applied to certain eligible charges made while on the cruise, including gratuities, alcoholic beverages, port adventures, retail, and spa.
• Onboard Credit cannot be used for service charges and taxes. Primary guest must remain on the eligible reservation and sail to receive the onboard credit.
• The onboard credit will not be provided if the primary guest is changed or removed from the eligible reservation or if the booking is cancelled or changed.

4. Booking Cancellation Policy
• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If a customer cancels their booking after it has been confirmed, they will forfeit their eligibility for the reward. Cancellations after confirmation will lead to disqualification from receiving any campaign rewards.
• Penalties: Customers may be subject to cancellation penalties as per Trip.com and DCL’s cancellation policies. UOB and the Trip.com are not liable for any penalties incurred due to cancellations.
• Trip.com Responsibility: Trip.com must clearly communicate the cancellation policy, including potential penalties, to customers. This includes ensuring customers understand that canceling their booking will result in ineligibility for the campaign reward.

5. Data Collection and Consent
• Data Collection and Consent: Trip.com are required to obtain customer consent to share necessary booking and personal information with DCL for campaign verification and prize fulfillment purposes.

6. Limitations and Liability
• Reward Availability: Rewards are subject to availability and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• Campaign Modifications: UOB and Trip.com reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Non-Transferable Rewards: Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other items.

7. Customer Data and Privacy
• Data Handling: All customer data collected and shared with UOB will be handled in compliance with relevant data privacy regulations. Trip.com is responsible for ensuring customer data is securely transmitted and used solely for the purpose of this campaign.

8. General Terms
• General terms and conditions apply to the onboard credit on the Disney Adventure.
• Interpretation: UOB and DCL reserve the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and make the final decision on any disputes or issues that arise.
• Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the campaign, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Trip.com must ensure customers understand these conditions prior to booking.
