My experience in Haffa House The staff are very friendly, helpful, and kind, Their great attitude made my experience very pleasant so thank you for that! I just wanted to suggest a couple of things: It would be nice to have more variety in the breakfast For guests staying several days having the same breakfast every morning can get a bit boring. As a woman who wears the hijab, I couldn’t really enjoy the swimming pool. I think it would be great if there could be a couple of hours in the morning just for women, so everyone can have the chance to use the pool comfortably.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton!From the moment we arrived, Janat and the other staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and great restaurants. My kids especially loved the breakfast buffet😁 Overall, I highly recommend Sheraton to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great and clean hotel, staff were amazing, looking forward to book again

Paying by card in Qatar was a real hassle; it kept failing all day, even at the hotel. Why do I have to pay upon arrival instead of just paying on the website? It's so inconvenient for customers! The service was mediocre. I left a piece of clothing at the hotel and they didn't even bother to call and notify me.

This hotel in Muscat is quite new. I stayed there for 2 nights. It is about 30 kilometers from the airport and is moderately priced. The room is not too big or too small, but it is really expensive to add breakfast.

From checking in to checking out it was faultless. Brilliant hotel, great facilities, great food and awesome customer service! Room was perfect Gym was perfect Pool was perfect Breakfast was amazing Coffee bar/ reception area and outside sitting area fantastic. Also 2 fantastic restaurants outside but attached to the hotel and 4 brilliant coffee shops one of which is a Starbucks and the only one I didn’t visit. Without doubt I’d stay here again. 10/10 especially for what I paid.

Aloft Muscat is a great choice for a business trip — modern, fresh, and spotless. The rooms are compact but well-designed, everything you need for a comfortable night’s stay. The atmosphere is clean and minimalistic, with a contemporary touch typical of the Aloft brand. Staff are efficient, check-in is smooth, and it’s conveniently located for getting around Muscat. Perfect if you’re in town for work and want something simple, stylish, and reliable.

We had a great stay. Price is reasonable. Only thing is that, we booked a handicapped room, which we didn't know that there's no shower glass partition, and it was a hassle since all the water splashed to the whole toilet floor and it was not highlighted to us by the reception staff during check in. Other than that everything went well and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is excellent in all respects. However, I've only given three stars for the service because the room wasn't cleaned.

I truly believe this is hands down the best hotel in Muscat. The service is flawless, the facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is excellent. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is quite slow. I wish I could remember all the staff members' names — every one of them was outstanding. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had, and I’ll definitely choose this place again when I return to Muscat.
