1. Smooth Booking Process This time, I booked VIP Express at the Thai airport through Trip.com. Since it was my first time using it, I was a little apprehensive at first, especially since the price was significantly lower than my previous fast-track booking. However, their recent reviews were very positive and seemed reliable, so I proceeded. Customer service contacted me promptly and collected the required information via LINE. The entire booking process was smooth, and I felt reassured after completing it. 2. Professional and Responsive Customer Service On the day of departure, I proactively contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly and provided thorough instructions. I believe proactive communication is crucial to avoid any issues along the way. 3. Super Fast Arrival at the Airport Upon arrival at BKK Airport, I was immediately greeted by a staff member holding a sign with my name on it. The entire process was very professional, and they made sure to ask if I had already applied for an e-entry card online, which is crucial and must be done. Afterwards, they escorted me to the VIP Express immigration lane. From deplaning to completing immigration, the entire process took less than 15 minutes, significantly faster than other passengers on my flight. 4. Baggage Check-in and Full Service After clearing customs, they will escort you to the baggage check-in area. If you have checked luggage, they will assist you throughout the entire process. Since I didn't have any checked luggage, I asked them to leave. The entire process was very professional and smooth, and customer service was always in touch to ensure there were no issues. 5. Summary and Recommendation The overall experience was excellent, and the price was reasonable, significantly cheaper than the previous expedited customs clearance. I recommend staying in touch with customer service during booking, providing complete information, and proactively contacting them upon arrival and departure. The entire process was fast, secure, and professional. Highly recommended.

I signed up for a day trip to Chiang Rai. The three buildings each had their own unique charm. The White Temple and the Blue Temple were both stunning and photogenic. The lunch buffet was also excellent, and the guide was very helpful. The distance was a bit far, and the car ride was a bit long, but it was worth it.

On my first trip to Chiang Mai, besides relaxing with a massage and exploring the famous markets, I also wanted to try learning some Thai dishes. This was also my first time ordering on trip.com. Since I had to make a last-minute booking the day before, I could only choose the 11:00 AM session. However, I still had a trip to the local market to learn about ingredients, and I could choose between Chinese and English instruction. Best of all, if you're staying at a hotel in the Old Town, you get round-trip transportation – a complete, one-stop service that's incredibly convenient. I loved the class atmosphere; the teacher was humorous and fun, and the atmosphere was cheerful. We cooked one dish after another, and then another, and then another. We cooked three dishes in total, plus four dishes and a welcome drink. It was a very satisfying meal. I'll definitely be back on my second trip to Chiang Mai to learn the other dishes I haven't yet mastered.
