Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the tour starting time.
Provide or show a copy of your voucher to our staff &nbsp Essentials: * This is a shared Gondola (up to 5 people for each one), so the Gondola might be shared with other people.
* The singer/musician duo performing the serenade may not be on your Gondola.
* Comfortable shoes and clothes are advised.
* Infants up to 1 year old can ride for free if seated on their parent's lap.
* No refund will be accepted for no shows or late comers.
* The Gondola ride will be provided rain or shine, only in case of very heavy rain it might be cancelled and the tour will be refunded (if not taken another day)
* Please be aware that starting from April 25th and on certain dates, registration and payment of an access contribution will be necessary to visit the city of Venice.
