She was both professional and patient, polite and always smiling. Although the time was short, she created unforgettable and wonderful memories for us.

It was just as easy to use as I'd heard. I was a little confused at first about getting the ticket issued at the airport, but once that was done, it was incredibly easy to use. I could do everything from shopping to getting around with just this one card, which made things very simple.
