Choice always this facility they have good and comfy bed quite and very quite place location are good you to relaxed and quick to check inn.thanks to Miss Teddy hazel and other staff in the reception they are all very good and smiling highly recommend to my friends,and colleagues.money wise good 😊😊

Location is good, close to many restaurants, Lulu supermarket, and grocery stores. However front desk service lady was uncertain about many things and just answered ”i dont know”. Valet guy was helpful like an angel. Apartment was clean. Washing machine washes but wont spin and those clothes wont dry in your room. Cleaning team does good job. Front desk only provides one key for two guests. Breakfast Buffet was just okay.

Clean and affordable. There is a great pool area and outside chilling spot. Staff were kind and helpful.
You have to manage your own luggage and the location of the hotel is about 20 minutes from abu dhabi city center.
Overall, I had a lovely stay.

Central location, well connected with good restaurants nada supermarkets nearby. Friendly and helpful staff with well maintained property. Car parking in evening is a challenge but the staff helps out with parking.

The bed in the corner room at the third floor stinks even if the bedhseets were clean and new. Wasn’t able to sleep because every time you toss and turn, the bad smell is there. I hope they can do something about it.
Otherwise, service is top notch, hotel is in a very ideal location : close to all the attractions at Yas Island. The bus stop for Yas Shuttle is right outside too.

I had a very pleasant stay at Gravity Hotel.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and kept exceptionally clean.
Staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The hotel provides good amenities and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
Housekeeping and maintenance teams are attentive and professional.
Overall, it’s great value for money and perfect for both short and long stays.

GGuest UserNice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)

KKawinradaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service remains excellent! If you're driving, the staff offers valet parking, though there is a daily fee of 25. The rooms are good and even come with a washing machine. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was great, but there's no pool on-site. We had to use the pool at another hotel. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.

HHanzo HattoriI recently stayed at AUHotel - Zayed International Airport, and while I truly appreciate the convenience of having a hotel right within the airport transit area, there are some significant areas for improvement that would greatly enhance the guest experience.
The location is undeniably practical for travelers, but attention to detail in maintaining the rooms is crucial. Basic aspects such as room cleanliness, refreshed air, and clean towels should always be prioritized. Unfortunately, these elements seemed lacking during my stay. Additionally, the sink in my room was not functioning properly, which was an inconvenience.
Given that there are no windows in the rooms, the hotel management could consider installing air purifiers or breezers to ensure a fresher atmosphere. Better sound isolation would also be beneficial, as external noise was quite noticeable and made it difficult to rest. Another issue was the in-room phone with a large, bright display—it was disruptive and made falling asleep more challenging. A simple dimmer or an option to turn it off would be a great improvement.
Overall, this hotel has the potential to be an excellent option for transit passengers, but these small yet impactful improvements are needed to truly elevate the guest experience. With more attention to these details, it could become a top choice for travelers seeking comfort during layovers.

GGuest UserI booked the hotel one hour before arrival , I arrived but the did t find my booking and I had to wait and wait.. finally after 75 minutes I checked in , the room is nice and the view amazing , but quality of bed and sheets are average , shower darin Was blocked , but it’s only one night . So what :)
