IIrene sk: The hotel is right in the city center and very close to the train station, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and arcades. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is good. Considering the price, it offers good value for money.

PPengguna Tetamu: Third visit and stay at this hotel. It is a real mish mash of main and annex buildings but seems to work well. It has plenty of free parking for residents which is a real plus given the close proximity to the city centre. Rooms was clean, well equiped with a small kitchenette in the cupboard with kettle, miicrowave, sink and fridge along with minimal cutlery. This was handy as I'd gotten a takeout from a local eatery. Overall a great location less than 10 mnutes drive in rush hour from the Oracle shopping centre car park. There is a parade of shops and takeaways with a 4-5 minute walk which was a bonus.

PPengguna Tetamu: A beautiful hotel in an old building in the heart of the city. The breakfast was very good with plenty pf choice. The only issue was the heating in the bathroom which wasn’t working and despite requests to the front desk wasn’t fixed

PPengguna Tetamu: Very good in terms of location, A nice little walk to the centre but far enough out that you don’t really get the noise of the late night drinkers (sat/friday). The room was a decent size for what we paid, nice shower and bathroom small but good for the money we paid. However, the room was really really hot. We had to sleep with both windows open, AC didn’t work at all. The TV has all the normal channels and it worked perfectly. The coffee machine area downstairs was helpful however they didnt give us any cups, put any available out for people to grab or tell us that they even had any. No tea bags or little things of milk which would have been helpful. The machine does make tea however we both werent sure how useful/good it would have been. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay in reading.

PPengguna Tetamu: Location is perfect, close to the railway, bus and tube station; very convenient because close to city centre but without sacrifice the quietness and safety

JJill Shaw ODoherty: The room was small fir 3 Not enough towels for 3 had to ring & get housekeeping to provide more Paid for breakfast on checking but wax challenged each morning as it was not registered at the restaurant - this was embarrassing. Selection of bread at breakfast was v limited. The fried foods were very very greasy. Good selection if snacks available at reception.

PPengguna Tetamu: The Holiday with my spouse was fantastic and relaxing. The hotel has everything including Spa, Gym and Swimming in a very good location and it's very neat. The only problem I had was that the room I was allocated didn't have window which is the only fault and disappointment other than that the hotel is best and biggest i have ever been. Lest I forget, the room was extremely massive with lounge and two big TV's and I love it. Definitely going back and would recommend 👌.

PPengguna Tetamu: Lovely comfortable hotel, only drawback for us was that although they accept dogs (for which they charge quite a lot) there's nowhere to eat apart from the lobby, which is rather big and exposed, if you have the dog with you. Part of the dog policy is that they shouldn't be left alone in the room (that I agree with) but it left us having to go out of the hotel to eat at a local pub which was more dog friendly. Otherwise it was great, comfortable beds, good bathroom and a pleasant ambience, nice receptionists.

PPengguna Tetamu: Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn't find my booking - but then found it on their ”old system” and it took them that long to manually move the booking to their new system and issue me with a key card. Not impressed with that wait time at all! They offered me a free drink at the bar while I waited, but not for my wife and child! That aside, it's a comfy hotel that's better than some of its exterior and interior suggests. Hot shower, good TV, plugs and USB ports on both sides of the bed, good room temperature, Fairtrade tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, including freshly cooked options.

WWajid1: The staff was friendly and helpfull. The spa is a great but please remember they turn everything off long before the official closing time to get you out the door earlier.
