We had a good time at the Aquarium. We had a family photo just at the entrance and proceeded to be greeted with the Penguins. These are well cared for and was great to see the replica home the aquarium management have created for them. It also boast with different varieties of fish, jelly fish, seahorses, reptiles and many other sea creatures. During our visit, the place was not crowded so we were able to see each creature displayed. It is not a big aquarium so can take within an hour and half to see everything. Don’t forget after you exit the aquarium to make it across the street to take some stunning photos with the background of the sky tower.



A wonderful boat trip and a wonderful day on the island. If you want to see the whole island, you need to walk a long distance, which may require a suitable physical health foundation. It takes only4-5 hours to choose to take a boat.



The only airline in New Zealand is Air New Zealand. After arriving at Auckland Airport, if you need to transfer to other cities, the international and domestic airports are separate. Auckland War Memorial Museum

It is one of New Zealand's most iconic historical buildings, located in the central Auckland Central Park, known as the touchstone of New Zealand's culture and spirit. It is also New Zealand's first museum, a classic Gothic building. The museum houses a large collection of Maori and Pacific Island artifacts. It also houses 1.2 million images and 1.5 million natural history specimens from the fields of botany, entomology, geology, land spine animals and marine life. In front of the museum gates, monuments and surrounding honor courtyards are erected as symbols of the war memorial. Step into the hall, there are two “memorial halls” whose walls and some extra marble plates list the names of martyrs who died in battle to remember history. The exhibition hall mainly displays the lives of South Pacific Islanders, with unique ethnic handicrafts, pictures and photos, as well as many restored Maori gathering places and daily necessities exhibitions, life scene exhibits. The Auckland Museum has a long history and began exhibiting its collections and exhibits in 1852. The prominent location of the museum's front porch also quotes the ancient Greek general Pericles as "the whole earth is the grave of famous people", making it in line with the museum's memorial status for military affairs.



Auckland Whale & Dolphin Tour

We arrived at the meeting point at 7:30 and set off on time at 8:00. The boat can carry 100 people at full capacity, and there were more than 70 of us. After a 1-hour sail, we found dolphins and various seabirds, and then sailed into deeper waters to find Bryde's whales. On the way back, we also saw a little seal taking a nap. The whole experience was great, but it really depends on luck. Not every time you go out to sea, you can see whales. We returned to the dock at 1:30 pm and didn't feel seasick. The overall experience was great!


