The Yangjialing Revolutionary Site is located on Yangjialing Road, Baota District, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. It is one of the important historical sites of the Chinese revolution, and is also one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units and a national AAA-level tourist attraction. Historical background Yangjialing was an important station of the CPC Central Committee during the Anti-Japanese War and the early days of the War of Liberation. From November 1938 to March 1947, central leaders such as Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, and Liu Shaoqi lived and worked here. Here, the CPC Central Committee led the Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation, and launched the Yan'an Rectification Movement and the Great Production Movement. In 1945, the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in the Central Auditorium in Yangjialing, establishing Mao Zedong Thought as the guiding ideology of the party.
