路过这家酒店的时候，其实是被这个名字吸引的，威廉埃德加，很感兴趣一个外国人或者外国品牌入驻古北水镇会靠什么生存呢？一定是西餐嘛，结果去吃了一顿地道的中餐。

古北水镇的餐饮水平都还可以。在威廉埃德加酒店里，有两家餐厅，西餐厅有个烽火台露天座，我很喜欢。可是西式的太油腻，蔬菜只有沙拉，孩子吃不了。所以就选了中餐厅作为端午的家宴。中餐厅以淮扬，粤菜和本地菜为主。啤酒大鱼头还算不错，味道不如望京楼，但是鱼头是真的水库鱼，而且就是大鱼头。儿子喜欢上汤娃娃菜，这种做法是他第一次吃到，一盘子几乎都给他了。全家人都喜欢煎烹老豆腐。还有，大家都喜欢脆皮乳鸽。可是这一尝就能尝出来是微波炉回锅的，好吧，你们喜欢就好。我比较喜欢凉拌穿心莲，芝麻酱拌的，很独特，但是把穿心莲略苦的那种怪味儿给中和了，吃起来特别清爽。夏天来这么一盘，很是开胃。粤菜系和本地菜还都不错，这淮扬菜系的可真就不行了，生煎包太难吃，最后全剩了。

Cantonese cuisine and local dishes are still good, this Huaiyang cuisine can really not work, the fried buns are too unpalatable, and finally all left.
